I Against I by Bad Brains

Very cool. The title track rips very hard. Whole album is good fun mix of early punk and metal. Thought it would be a 5 early but didn’t keep the steam up front to back

Aug 03 2026

Pretty cool. Would be a great work album. A little long. Lots of record scratches

Tracy Chapman by Tracy Chapman
Aug 04 2026

Very good album. Some all timers on here

Live! by Fela Kuti
Aug 05 2026

This shit rips. I don’t even like jazz. Let’s start what we have come into the room to do is the hardest opening ad lib ever.

Live And Dangerous by Thin Lizzy
Aug 10 2026

A little lackluster for a live album but fun. Would kick ass to see the boys are back in time live

Rumours by Fleetwood Mac
Aug 11 2026

Didn’t need to listen to this one to rate it but I did anyways because I love the game. All timer top 5 probably not 5

Nothing's Shocking by Jane's Addiction
Aug 12 2026

A side of this album was really special. Rest of it was a lot like other Jane’s addiction I’ve listened to. Very cool sound they have on this album

Let England Shake by PJ Harvey
Aug 13 2026

This person put out 11 albums? The bar is in hell. Isn’t pj Harvey a college basketball player?

Moondance by Van Morrison
Aug 17 2026

Didn’t think I was a big van morrison fan until this. There are 2 uber jazzy songs on here that I didn’t love but the rest are heat

Odessey And Oracle by The Zombies
Aug 18 2026

Pretty hit or miss. Some high highs and some low lows

Guitar Town by Steve Earle
Aug 19 2026

Pretty run of the mill country. Quick decent listen

Slippery When Wet by Bon Jovi
Aug 20 2026

Jon Bon Jovi made a whole album ab how he fucks

Hail To the Thief by Radiohead
Aug 21 2026

I just don’t care for Radiohead all that much. It all sounds the same. I added the first song to my playlist

Led Zeppelin by Led Zeppelin
Aug 24 2026

This rocks. Too many long ass instrumentals for it to be a 5 tho

LP1 by FKA twigs
Sep 03 2026

Some cool noises but not my vibe

The White Album by Beatles
Sep 04 2026

Cool - Beatles are a little basic but this is probably their one album I’m highest on. Blackbird is an all timer

Paranoid by Black Sabbath
Sep 08 2026

Killer record. The guitar and pedal work on this is sick. It’s also more jam-my than I thought it would be but it’s pretty cool. A side is truly a back to front masterpiece. B side is weaker but tough not to be

Venus Luxure No. 1 Baby by Girls Against Boys
Sep 09 2026

The perfect mix of grunge and slacker rock that made me not give a shit at all

I See A Darkness by Bonnie "Prince" Billy
Sep 10 2026

Too one noted. Some interesting tunes but did not pique my interest enough to get a 3

The Modern Dance by Pere Ubu
Sep 11 2026

This was kinda cool. Feels like a precursor to a lot of of alt music that came out in the late 90s early 2000s. That said some of the instrumental and vocal embellishments were pretty wack and some of the songs lacked serious substance.

Violator by Depeche Mode
Sep 15 2026

I liked this more than I thought I would. Didn’t feel as long as I thought it would. A couple of bangers

Fever Ray by Fever Ray
Sep 16 2026

Those were certainly noises…

Roxy Music by Roxy Music
Sep 18 2026

Man this was an adventure. Kept me on my toes - no two tracks felt the same back to back. It doesn’t feel like a cohesive album but I really liked a lot of the songs. Cool record deserves a second listen in the near future

Bitches Brew by Miles Davis
Sep 21 2026

If miles Davis is cool call me pissing my pants

Blur by Blur
Sep 22 2026

Damon Albarn is very good at making music

Aqualung by Jethro Tull
Sep 25 2026

This shit kinda rocked. I didn’t think I liked jethro tull but I’m glad that I gave them another chance. Love me some woodwinds - the solo in my god was sick. Worth a full star by itself

Blue Lines by Massive Attack
Sep 28 2026

Love massive attack. This albums basslines are deep and sumptuous. I still think I like Mezzanine better than this tho

Bat Out Of Hell by Meat Loaf
Sep 29 2026

How tf is a guy (band?) named meatloaf kinda good. Like the love child of Springsteen and REO speedwagon. 3.5 star album but the titular track was too good it’s getting a 4

Atomizer by Big Black
Sep 30 2026

This grew on me. First song was a lot. Rest of the album was great classic early punk

Hot Fuss by The Killers
Oct 06 2026

This is a good album but it is too top heavy. A side is so good but it doesn’t carry through. The singles are great, but there’s a lot of crap on here. I am such a Sam’s town ass bitch that’s just when the killers really hit their stride and hot fuzz pales in comparison.

Shaka Zulu by Ladysmith Black Mambazo
Oct 07 2026

I’m alright

The Cars by The Cars
Oct 08 2026

Very ok

Back to Basics by Christina Aguilera
Oct 09 2026

Funky and soulful I love good pop with character

I Should Coco by Supergrass
Oct 12 2026

High energy, cool melodies, and I liked the overture. Never heard of them before but this was very good

Transformer by Lou Reed
Oct 13 2026

Not into it. Melodies had promise but the vocals and the lyrics are active detractors on most of the songs. A little bit of cred for the sample from can I kick it

I Against I by Bad Brains
Oct 14 2026

Very cool. The title track rips very hard. Whole album is good fun mix of early punk and metal. Thought it would be a 5 early but didn’t keep the steam up front to back

Gasoline Alley by Rod Stewart
Oct 15 2026

Pretty much what I expected but rock solid

In A Silent Way by Miles Davis
Oct 19 2026

I take back what I said about miles Davis he is cool

Fragile by Yes
Oct 20 2026

Groovy. Excellent album experience.

Country Life by Roxy Music
Oct 21 2026

Fine. A little lackluster. A rock solid 2.5 but boobs on the album cover is worth .01 so I’m rounding up!

Greetings From L.A. by Tim Buckley
Oct 22 2026

When I read “long improvisational jazz inspired folk rock” on the album description I thought this was gonna suck eggs. I am a huge idiot

Urban Hymns by The Verve
Oct 26 2026

Cool but wow these songs are long. Lots of ups and downs bc of it

Stand! by Sly & The Family Stone
Oct 27 2026

I liked it. I connected more with the low down bass driven funk more than the pop but still decent all the way thru.

Ill Communication by Beastie Boys
Oct 28 2026

High end singles but this is not the best beastie boys album. Missing something in the middle of the album. I like the punk influences and the features a lot. Saving the 5
