1001 Albums Summary

Not good.

Good for some people but not for me.

heard it and it isn't worthy of making a 1001 album list

better than the last albums i've gotten on here.

better than others but some songs really take away from the album as a whole. I appreciate the milestones cover. cool and lounge-y overall.

The definition of cool. Mellow and exciting. Can never go wrong with Stan Getz.

New to me and it's an interesting album. An album of honest expression.

Just bad. cluttered, no flow in the way the album is presented and half the songs sound like bad intros to a song we will never hear.

Great flow overall, fantastic album from start to finish.

this album has an intimate ambiance, really pulls you into the music being played.

if this were to be released today it would fail miserably

Not the biggest fan of folk music but I don't mind individual songs sprinkled in the appropriate setting. I don't want to listen to a whole album of the same sound over and over again.

full of energy but it just sounds like a musical and that isn't a good thing for me.

When I hear The Flaming Lips I always find myself thinking, this sounds kinda like older music. But I'm also thinking, this sounds kinda new. I would give it a 2 1/2

At this point, i'm over giving these albums i've never heard of a chance. i haven't heard of them for a reason i guess. Just a snoozefest.
