1001 Albums Summary

Wow, I haven't listened to this album in decades. They Won't go When I go is a beautiful song. It really highlights George Michaels range.

I didn't like this one.

I remember liking several of these songs when they came out but they've been overplayed at this point. Not a very exciting album.

Couldn’t get into this one.

I tried to get into this one but her voice is a bit grating.

I feel like I need to be in the right headspace to listen to this album. It has a spacey and robotic feeling without a lot of melody. Not my favourite.

This album is quite depressing and dark and uncomfortable. It doesn't help that it was released shortly after the lead singer's death.

Interesting one! I probably wouldn’t seek it out for a re-listen but it’s unlike a lot of albums I’ve heard.

A classic album.

The first thing that I noticed and then continued to notice, is the lead singer's slightly off-pitch voice. It was hard to enjoy the album without focusing on this.

Other than the song Tainted Love, this album is pretty hard to listen to. Their voices are abrasive and out of tune.
