1001 Albums Summary

I didn’t think anything was too groundbreaking with this one but it was still nice to listen to, I added 5/8 songs and also liked the last song but it’s too long for me to add in my playlist. Wasn’t too crazy about the folky songs but I really liked everything else.

probably about as good as anything in this genre is going to be for me. im not crazy about this era of rock but i really liked this album a lot because the riffs are catching and not too annoying and all the instruments sound great together; it feels like every member is playing at their absolute best and it doesnt seem like any of them are playing at a level below any of the others.

Only heard one song from this album previously and really liked it so I was very excited to listen to the whole thing and can safely say it is amazing. I cant believe that this is the band's first full body of work, yet they sound like they are in their prime already.

gonna be so real, i didnt listen to this album but i really love ducks and i dont like ducks being stabbed (i heard like 30 seconds and didnt like it much either)

idk man, like its not bad but i think i might be comparing it too much to The Smiths music because this in comparison is not nearly as good as something like The Queen Is Dead. however, without the context of Morrissey being the former front man of The Smiths, its alright, theres some pretty good songs in here but nothing insane. I dont think Morrissey's voice works too well with some of the instrumentals on the album but other than that, not bad.

Amazing except the last song kinda felt too all over the place, which says a lot considering how all over the place the album is. I loved it though otherwise

some songs were a lot more uninteresting than the others but the good ones were pretty good
