A good album from Bowie albeit not one of his particularly strong pieces.

Picture this, it's the year 1973. You're driving home from the bar; the BAC limit is 0.15 but them damn liberals want to make it 0.10. You light up a cigarette in your Bonneville and cruise down the street and watch those sickly yellow beams wash over the road as you try to make it home. Your mind drifts to the war, and your knuckles slowly tighten around your jointed steering wheel. This is the album that's playing. Then Money plays and you crash your car in a school zone.

"Tryna buy some pussy with a third party check." Kind of sums up the entire album, I like to imagine that this was someone's uncle and this went HARD for the late 60's to early 70's pipeline. But that check has bounced and some bits are just funny.

Rest in peace the king of darkness. What's there to say that hasn't been said? This early album was extremely formative of not only Black Sabbath and Ozzy's career but the trajectory of the genre as a whole. The impression left will be forever felt and I cannot express enough how deeply he'll be missed.
