Cee-Lo Green... Is The Soul Machine
Cee Lo GreenStruggles to get through to the end. Annoyingly bad

I was disappointed when I went to see them a year or so ago (although they co-headlined with Weezer so the toughest of acts to follow) but re-listening to this made me realise why I was excited in the first place. Fucking class album. Homer Simpson, smiling politely.
What the fuck is Stray Cat Blues 😅 the riffs are amazing but dear me those lyrics. Other than that, enjoyed this one
Some killer. Some filler. Great writing but not really my thing. I appreciate it but I don’t love it.
Darling Nikki, Purple Rain, and When Doves Cry are obvious classics and they’re still inspiring people today. The rest of the album stopped inspiring things anything after Sonic - Spring Yard Zone (which is actually prefer. I never listened to Prince before and this album won’t change that.
Was already on my list of albums to buy. Really good.
They’re just not for me. DogHeads too
An obvious classic. The home of some of hip hops great samples - drifted a bit from the middle but I will defo listen again.
Best one yet. Buying this. That one occasion that Charles Manson and drugs had a good influence.
Forgot how good a song in the pines was
Surprisingly enjoyed it. I’d never heard of them before. Rock & Roll woman is a tune

Ace
Decided against the Albion fan point as I didn’t love it.
So nice to listen to an album where they’ve had the time to make what they want.
I’d never heard of pavement at all - enjoyed it! What this challenge is all about
Love Curtis mayfield. This album was okay.
Enjoyed that - thought I didn’t know them but I was pleasantly surprised
The production, the originality, the humour, the quality, a classic. Two Words is one of the most underrated hip hop songs of all time. Brilliant album. What a shame this man is now dirt.
Some killer some filler.
Enjoyed that!
Top cock rock. There used to be a club in Manchester that was wicked, it was underground and just behind arndale (annoying that I can’t remember the name of it) that was an old rock strip club which absolutely had to have sounded like this. Van Halen doing what they do.

What all rock bands imagine they sound like after 6 beers. Fun, silly and a great voice. Like Van Halen in that you know what you’re gonna get but I enjoyed this way more.
Brand new one for me - enjoyed it!
I bet this blew peoples minds when it came out. Fucking wicked mix of funk and punk seasoned with a bit of everything else. I listened to the Spotify radio for the rest of the day and it was great. Will be buying.
Ridiculous, preposterous, brilliant - just enjoy it!
Feels simultaneously like young 5 lads making music they really love for themselves and a rowdy seasoned super group. A classic. I don’t love Oasis but you can’t argue with this really. No skips. 3.5 feels just right for me but I can’t give it a 3.
Not for me. Expected more from white stripes but you can’t win em all
His voice is wicked and I do like the bouncy riffs but it was very samey. Liked it but that’s about it.
It’s 30 years old and feels fresh out the box. Excellent stuff, loved it.
LOVED Ghost Rider. The album then blended into the art project that accidentally inspired the entire 80s. I’d never heard of them, wasn’t expecting it, and got scared listening to Frankie Teardrop. If you want to feel things, listen to this.
Took us 40 albums to get one from a woman and I was very disappointed. Bland. Not for me.
Obviously wish that I’d have written a few of these songs - some beautiful stuff, but, I’m just not that arsed. I did really like Golden Slumbers/Carry That Weight & I Want You.
