Meat Puppets II
Meat PuppetsNot really for me, the singer's voice unpolished, but that may have been the intention. it was good for work though!

There were some bangers on this album, beyond the hits I was familiar with.
It was okay, but I probably wouldn't listen again
Definitely getting Ramones vibes. This album hit.
Wonderwall! it's been fun to hear the entire album with these songs I'm familiar with
such a fun album, especially the songs further in. listened to it while admiring the fall foliage from the water
It was a little slow to start, but I could see this album being good for slightly active background music.
I'm actually going to listen to this later, but I still have it 5 stars because of "Running up that Hill" 🤣
Sounds like Grant Seafood Festival music
Loved the vibe of this one!
I just don't get Bruce. I've tried, honestly. I even listened to his top hits after this album and still don't get him.
Great album! I haven't historically been a Beyoncé fan, but this album rocked. My team at work was psyched as well when this came up
started out as a great vibe with the horn section. the only reason I got four stars and not five is for the track where the electric guitar sounded like a car. it should have been an intro to a song, not an extended track of its own.
Isn't it ironic that it's impossible to rate this album without the influence of my past relationship with it? A younger me heard her strong, angsty voice and lyrics and found powerful female anger and strength that was in opposition to what I felt society generally presented as acceptable. <3 Alanis

definitely different. the group concensus was it was like ska without the horns
awesome
this album cover and name is bonkers in the best way. I wonder if this is a landmark soul album.
This one caused me to do a mini deep dive into John Lennon's music catalog. I didn't realize he did so much solo/post Beatles work. I was also interested in his immigration battle with the Nixon administration
I just am not into psychedelic rock right now
great vibe
I was getting Jimmy Buffet vibes on this one
Iconic album
solid from beginning to end
jazzy
