Highway to Hell by AC/DC
Sep 02 2026

Very classic rock project. Love to hear it. Feels like I'm in a Southern bar full of motorcycle riders and occasional tabletop performers.

Jagged Little Pill by Alanis Morissette
Sep 03 2026

Pretty cool project. Feels like a foundational piece of mid 90's pop rock music and is a smooth listen.

Moondance by Van Morrison
Sep 04 2026

Mellow piece. I quite enjoyed the infusion of jazz with indie rock based elements as well. Surprised I've never heard this project before.

Lady Soul by Aretha Franklin
Sep 05 2026

Aretha Franklin proved that she is quite easily the best singer to ever exist here on this project. With so much emotional soul and energy resonating off the songs on this project it's easy to get swept up and captivated by its Southern swing and classic vibe. Easily one of the best of its genre.

Coat Of Many Colors by Dolly Parton
Sep 06 2026

Such a great and emotional listen. Pulls on the heartstrings a bit as well just hearing the stories and tales of Dolly's life growing up and how it changed her to be a better person overall. Lovely listen, rest in paradise Dolly Parton.

Horses by Patti Smith
Sep 07 2026

A pretty solid project. It’s a soft rock ballad along the topics of horses, love, and growth that sounds pleasant and smooth on the ears.

Music From Big Pink by The Band
Sep 08 2026

Smooth southern sounding stuff. I like the riverside style vibe that this album gives off.

I'm Your Man by Leonard Cohen
Sep 09 2026

Very smooth listen. Leonard Cohen's voice sits powerfully above the lush instrumentals and the backing vocals and singing performances are grand on this project. Another great listen!

Felt Mountain by Goldfrapp
Sep 10 2026

Okay, this was definitely not what I was expecting from this project. That haunting atmosphere tied with the conceptual question of human nature and the desire for extremes makes for a very eerie listening experience. I love the noir style of this record as well paired with the more ambient trip-hop elements as well. Most certainly an interesting listen to say the very least. Quite an enjoyable one at that.

Maxinquaye by Tricky

Another album I’m surprised I haven’t heard before. I really like the trip-hop style of the project as well as the eerie vibe that it emits from the tracks. The pairing of airy production paired with the laid back rap takes and smooth singing is a nice contrast.
