1001 Albums Summary

Fun! Good dad music. In your eyes is a banger, and so is sledgehammer. And didn't realise the KB collab is from this record.

Some real classics, and enjoy the side B being all instrumental eno-y nonsense.

Much more fun that i expected, from a band I've typically dismissed. But the pop punk elements are very enjoyable. Compared to something like Korn who I might have lumped in the same bucket before, this seems to have much more of a sense of humour about itself.

Grunge classic, just very much up my street

Love Sufjan but this is maybe a little too long and noodly to be too enjoyable, but I might enjoy it more in another setting

Hell yeah

Just not my cup of tea at all. I can hear some of the influence on the stuff that would come after, but broadly just too annoying.

Interesting as a historical artefact from a time when this kind of nonsense would have been much less common.

Already listened to the Berlin trilogy when Heroes came up last week, but still a fun one to revisit

This is for someone, but not for me.

Calling this middle of the road would be offensive to roads

Omg, a non-white artist on this list? How did that happen!?

noisy (positive)

yeah it's fine
