Walking Wounded
Everything But The GirlThis is why I love this random album generator-I had never heard this all the way through. Tracey’s voice is beautiful, and the music is perfect. Definitely now a favorite album of mine.

My all time favorite of Bob’s. Just a great album.
Great listen-I had kind of forgotten about this album. Great collection of songs.
Adele has a beautiful, strong voice. An excellent album of hers.
I have somehow missed out on the Pixies over the years. And that's on me. I get it now.
Very interesting. The music and lyrics are very good, and different-glad this one came up on this list as I'd not heard of him before.
Really like the first song, Alright. Like the energy in this album. I'd Like to Know and Time To Go are other ones that caught my ear.
Easily McCartney's best solo work. Mrs. Vandebilt has been a long-time favorite of mine, Nineteen Hundred and Eighty Five deserves all the love it can get, and Band On The Run then Jet is a great start to the album. Have always loved this one.
Awesome album. Anyone wondering about what all the fuss is about Miles Davis is advised to start here.
Well here's a band I've never heard of, and exactly why I signed up for One Album A Day. Good sound and interesting lyrics-glad this one came up in the rotation.
This will be an easy review as this is one of my favorite albums of all time. Classic Talking Heads-I Zimbra, Cities, Life During Wartime, Heaven-just love this album. And this band.
While I'm not big fan of this genre, I've tended to enjoy the Beastie Boys more than I thought I would. This is a solid album with some varied sounds. "Hey Ladies" is a stand out for me, as is "The Sounds of Science".
Some great trippy melodies on this one.
The classic offering from Run D.M.C., including the important Walk This Way track with Aerosmith, which really bridged the gap between rap and rock and roll. Brought a lot of new fans to them, myself included. It's Tricky, though, is probably the highlight of the album.
Never been a fan of Morrisey or The Smiths. Haven't listened to this album in a long time. While it is well done, just not my cup of tea. Morrissey whines too much for me.
The penultimate album. One of the best albums ever produced. And in my personal top 5 favorites.
Not my favorite. Drums are pretty much the same on each song.
Great album-Glad is one of my favorite tracks. Traffic, despite being in the Hall of Fame, is underrated.
Stooges! Unique sounds. Loose is a great track on this album. Lots of energy-always-with this band.
THIS is rock and roll. In my book, Little Richard is the King.
Best description for this is smooth and comfortable. I love the overall presentation, and you feel like you're in a small club listening to her great voice.
Not for me-almost every song has the same intro, the album sounds like one long song. Just never been much of a metal fan, and didn't enjoy this album.
Really enjoy the music on this album. Love is, in my mind, a very overlooked and underrated band. This is probably their best album-definitely a reflection of the mid 60's, when it was released.
Great album. Very summer-sounding.
My all time favorite of Bob’s. Just a great album.
Tusk is a great album, but it suffered from being the follow up to Rumors, and I think gets overlooked. Does have one of my favorite Stevie songs on here, Sara.
Great collection, his second solo album. My Dad had this in his record collection and this and any S&G song reminds me of him. He wanted a law passed that said Art Garfunkel had to sing on any song Paul wrote. Thanks, Dad, for this lifetime of music I hold dear.
This is why I love this random album generator-I had never heard this all the way through. Tracey’s voice is beautiful, and the music is perfect. Definitely now a favorite album of mine.
Show me another album where you can get 14 songs in less than 16 minutes!
Dusty in Memphis. I can’t add anything else to that….
No thanks. I’ve never understood the worship of this guy. The music is not good. At all.
Love this album-if you want an introduction to reggae, this is it.
Great listen-I had kind of forgotten about this album. Great collection of songs.
My favorite RHCP album. Always felt this one captured them at their peak. Breaking the Girl is the track on this one that stands out. As always, Flea's bass lines are epic.
Here's one I had never heard of before-interesting collection of music on this album-and an example of why I love the One Album A Day generator. Liked it-not my usual music of choice, but this is a good album.
Excellent collection from a guy who left way too soon. Between the Bars is a standout on this album-also really liked No Name No. 5 and Rose Parade.
What a great album by a great artist. The music we could have had if he had lived-
Not my cup of tea. Sounds like numerous other rap albums I've heard. Did enjoy Martina Topley-Bird's vocals, though.
So conflicted on Van. Love his music, don't like his views. But that said, this is an absolute classic collection of songs.
Overall, not for me, but I did enjoy the tracks B.I.B.L.E. and I Gotcha Back. Had honestly never heard of GZA, but that's one me.
The best early rock album! Alas, the music we didn't get to hear from Buddy. His influence lasts to this day.
Simply a great album. Every track is a classic.
Great album-if you're looking for a great example of bossa nova sounds, here you go. Loved it.
Probably the best ELO album-and one I have had in my collection forever. Full of classic ELO, and I think it captured Jeff Lynne at his creative peak with ELO.
Still an epic album that has stood the test of time. Musically complex and interesting. Still an all-time favorite.
YES! Great album by (in my opinion) one of America's greatest bands. Their reworking of Al Green's Take Me to the River is an outstanding take on the song. Love this album.
Adele has a beautiful, strong voice. An excellent album of hers.
Never listened to this one all the way through. Interesting sounds and the expected great vocals.
It's OK-not my favorite, but I do appreciate the unique sound they have.
Yes indeed-always been a fan of Iggy's vocals. Love this album.
Repetitive beats drive me insane. I know Daft Punk had a major influence on other acts, but I just can't get into this sound. Not for me.
Another Stooges album? That's two this week. And all good with me. It's exactly what to expect from the Stooges-hard, fuzzy, fast. Iggy's vocals are right on the money.
Not for me-I just don't get the approach. But that's probably more my issue.
Considering I saw the Light is one of my favorite songs, this album ranks high with me. Very diverse album from an influential artist. It's long-25 songs-but if you want a great overview of Todd Rundgren, start with this album.
Not for me. Auto tune really turns me off.
Not bad. Not great, but not bad. Different than what I've heard before. Not a huge fan of the vocals-like a new wave/synth driven Bob Dylan.
Nice. I liked this a lot and had never heard of Michael before. Liked the music and the vocals.
Just outstanding. I agree with a previous review that said if this came out today no one would blink an eye and it would get overlooked. Which would be a crime. Just a powerful example of the great Nina. Loved it.
This is their best album-yes, it's dated, but that doesn't take away from the sounds they created at the time. So different from anything being put out today.
Excellent album. Always felt that The National get overlooked.
No question-his best album. And one of my top 10 of all time.
4 great Darlene Love songs plus 3 Ronettes-this is the best Christmas compilation album of all time.
Not a jazz fan, but I enjoyed this album. Great technique on all the instruments, an enjoyable listen. Of the five tracks, I liked I Surrender, Dear, the most.
Ahh, late 70s Bruce. The impossible task of following up Born to Run, which means it was held to an incredibly high standard. As time has passed, I think the appreciation for this album has grown-it's classic Bruce, great lyrics and great music, telling stories from his world. Love it.
Joe's vocals are great-very much enjoyed this album. Nothing like today's generic, bro country, this is the real deal if you're looking for some country music to enjoy.
Bon's swan song-and so damn good. Few bands rock like AC/DC-many have copied, very few succeed. This is simply a great rock album.
Not a huge Bjork fan, but I will say there's no one like her. I think she's one of those artists you either really love or really don't.
