I like the there's a story running through the album even tho they are all individual songs.
Felt like I was teleported to the wild west. I really like the sound, also weirdly could hear an essence of Green Days much older songs in it, particularly Kentucky and and Let her go. Maybe they grew up listening to this album from their parents.
Didn't mind the more chilled songs on this, but didn't find it exciting or inspiring. The songs with a faster more upbeat style were a bit chaotic, someone should have told this guy his strength was in calmer songs. Couple of ok tunes, particularly liked Paper Sun, it made me thick of The Beatles.
The only people I've ever known to genuinely enjoy Coldplay have been really angry people. They're still angry.
I didn't mind the first song, it reminded me of the ok parts of Red Hot Chilli Pepper songs, but after that I lt didn't hold my interest, I can see how it's enjoyable but it's not for me.
They have a nice sound but get a bit repetitive and every song feels like it's on the verge of getting going, but it never does
I did not enjoy this, it felt like when you have strange dreams and a really long night on strong antibiotics.
He's just great.
If she was still around today I think she'd still be a big deal and a frequent face on TV.
Heard of him, never listened until now, didn't expect him to be so romantic I was expecting something heavier, not my cup of tea but I can appreciate it
