1001 Albums Summary

Really strong, haven’t listened to a country album before and this was excellent, think “Lake Shore Drive” mixed with “It ain’t East”. The first song is easily the best however the second song is the weakest, the monologue at the end ruins the immersion. The rest of the songs are good and complement it well. 9/10

I listen to a lot of rock so this I graded this one toughly, a lot of the music sounds really samey and I feel like they forced guitar solos in multiple sections the first four tracks were extremely notable of this. The album undeniably made a huge impact on the rock genre so I have to give it points for that. The album was very boring to listen to from tracks 2-4 and I often felt like they lasted too long, I feel like this album is good to put on while working, and the rest of their songs are good. 8/10

This was a great album, each song with their own identity and feeling, it raised the bar and I loved the choreography and balance of all the instruments. The album feels random yet makes complete sense at the same time. I would be listening to this album if it weren't hard to access. 9/10

Really solid album and sets a tone, nothing wrong with it and never really steps out of its lane and doesn’t take a lot of risks, yet still holds up really well 8/10.

Really fun and unique album, very different to the rest of Eminem’s work. I’ve listen to his most popular one and this album is a completely different vibe. My favorite part is the narration because it’s super unique and gives the album personality. I feel like the album (music part) is good nothing astounding, just good.

I log this album, will be listening to it often, one of my favorites

I hated it, it undeniably has its moments but those moments aren’t that good. Imagine velvet underground but bad, and you get this album. I’d imagine it gets better with more listens but it feels like a chore
