Come Find Yourself
Fun Lovin' CriminalsForgot how much I loved them! Fun loving indeed. Good sunny day trundler but bit samey by the end

Turns out I only know one Supergrass song - even though they are so familiar sounding. Glad I didn’t go to see them at Glastonbury and just wait for them to play Alright! Fave song Time - love the blues bass
Cringe as hell
Straight in with a banger. GOOD MORNING 🥳 Seems the rest of the album is demo versions of Highway To Hell
I think 60s music is just too old now. Too hippy & out of date. Hope to proven wrong on this journey.
Was excited for a more recent band but this is psychedelic drear. Easy is the only listenable track on the album.
1960 OMG 😨 Elvis is back… in 1960?! This album is too old to be considered. Unlistenable.
Was already massively into this album. Just classic stuff - my 3rd fave AM album at time of rating, mainly because of Fake Tales of S.F. and Still Take Yo Home. Massively takes me back to Whistler 2026/27.
Not sure I gave this a fully comprehensive review. Probably a sunny morning dog walk not the best place for it. Not enough drugs for one thing.
Used to think MSP were a bit mopey - not sure that verdict has changed a lot but did enjoy the nostalgia of Kevin Carter (who is he?!!?)
Hard to listen as Nathan’s refused. Find Eminem so cringey. Can’t see how this is in the top 1001 albums tbh but some nostalgia vibes at least
Gosh what a load of noise! Can’t believe that people pay real money to see this live - it would be even worse!
Had to really talk myself into listening to this - only because I know killing in the name of love 😂 Mike claims to LOVE them. What on earth? Not as bad as expected but only made it through 2 songs.
What a classic.
Twang central. Actually better than I was expecting. Weird how it’s the pretext for rock and roll but also very granddad toe tapping in armchair
Did not know how much of a Black Sabbath fan I was! Listened the day after Ozzy died, RIP Brummy Legend.
Not my fave but didn’t give it my full attention (post Ibiza)
Wonderful. Perfect. Listened at mum’s house sitting outside with a paella, Rory, Katy, and Suze and lots of white wine
Not the biggest jazz fan, but liked this as has a lot going on and clearly mega talented and varied. Played Park stage in 2023!
Not for me too early Beatles-esque
Are these ALL from the 60s 😡 This is just several versions of the girl from Ipanema, luckily just 37 mins album.
Bizarre - going to see Oasis at Wembley tomorrow!!! Obvs a lifetime classic album. No notes.
Actually didn’t know a load of this. Will definitely relisten
Didn’t not enjoy but totally disjointed and mad, maybe I am missing something 🤷🏼♀️ not sure I’d buy their album after w chance glasto encounter.
I didn’t give this a fair go but it was so unappealing from first couple of songs that I just couldn’t face it.
Ooh smooth crooner. Going back in the James Taylor archives here. Love Blues but could do with a bit more rhythm for me (love Steamroller)
Nathan says: Jeff Buckley, I knew he was shit. I won’t be buying this album. Presumably only made the top 1001 because of Hallelujah 🤷🏼♀️
Can’t believe this is my 40 year old stance but did not enjoy the violence & graphic sex references. Well known tunes absolute bangers of course (Juicy, Big Poppa)
Not my genre at all. Nothing to appeal from this, except how great it was when Skunk called out the Stormzy Glasto headlines for saying he was the first black artist to play the pyramid stage

More ladsy than expected. Music bit cringe but guess he was the original!
Have never knowingly listened to the Smiths before! Really liked and wish I had grown up with this. Lyrics fab. A little dreary and jangle pop acoustic for my preference?
SO good. They were great weren’t they.
Wow I like the Clash way more than I thought. London calling isn’t actually like the rest of the album?!
ADORE! From actual Timbuktu! Blues from Africa - how had I never heard of him before. Follow on Spotify ✅
Aah in my mum’s top 10 albums of all time, and I don’t think I’ve ever really listened! Not at all what I expected but loved it! Want to listen to more but have to march on with the project…
Another Black Sabbath already?! Definitely did not enjoy as much as Paranoid, this was more gothic & gloomy. How did they have 2 albums ready to drop in 1970, as their first ones!
Enjoyed! Actually loads better than I thought (the passenger & lust for life), thought he might be more punky and less rock. Weird there are 2 famous Iggy’s in the world.
So strange to have another Steely Dan album just a week later (and 2 Black Sabbath 🤷🏼♀️). Definitely prefer Aja, this feels a little loosely goosey.
Wow honestly didn’t know PJ Harvey was a woman. Maybe thought they were off PJ & Duncan? Awful music, moany & a Radiohead collab 👎🏼
Blur crossed with No Doubt, loved!
Just a classic Irish folk band - not sure I could have picked them out of a folk festival line up 😅
Horrific waste of time. Shame as had just seen Evita and would have quite enjoyed some Tango!
I thought Jethro Tull was a person, not a band 😂 quite liked the more folk rock tracks, didn’t like the more hard rock - album quite varied!
Pretty dire except Every Breath You Take, rest sounds like samples of a university band
Old albums are all over the place with the variety within! Can very happily say I’m a fan of folk rolk and I loved this album. Never listened, will re listen for sure. A Sailors Life - what a song 👏🏼 the vocals, the lead guitar at end 👏🏼
Just noise. Making me question the quality of this list’s compilation
Far too saccharine for me. I was going to compare this to the Beatles / Beach Boys and then a cover of their awful song Help came on!
