Moon Safari by Air
Jan 06 2026

Not bad, I'd probably listen to this as background sound but didn't really capture me creatively.

Back At The Chicken Shack by Jimmy Smith
Jan 07 2026

Excellent. I could listen to this all day. Normally not a fan of the instrument but do love Jimmy Smith's style. Turrentine is a beast, as well.

Beauty And The Beat by The Go-Go's
Jan 08 2026

It's fine. Was very familiar with it already. Middle of the road 80s pop.

Imagine by John Lennon
Jan 09 2026

No need to listen to this one. Heard it many times. Eh. 3 stars.

Diamond Life by Sade
Jan 14 2026

It's fine. Good background music. Highly polished soul/pop. She's got a great voice, of course. Musicians are all solid. Sounds nice. 0 feelings stirred or generated.

Is This It by The Strokes
Jan 15 2026

Yep. It's a rock album. Some good grooves/hooks. At the point it was released, it was a decent change from what was being released. Not overly processed. Would listen again.

Aqualung by Jethro Tull
Jan 17 2026

Not my thing.

Live At The Regal by B.B. King
Jan 18 2026

Not my favorite BB KIng album, but it's good.

Odessa by Bee Gees
Jan 21 2026

Really good album and a great reminder there was way more to the bee gees than dicso

Figure 8 by Elliott Smith
Jan 27 2026

10 out of 10.

Heaven Or Las Vegas by Cocteau Twins
Jan 28 2026

Sounded like a holdover from the 1980s. Like clutching onto the last moments hoping not to let it go but feeling it slipping away and realizing it was over. It was sort of sad. I liked it better than I had expected I would.

Exile In Guyville by Liz Phair
Jan 29 2026

It's Liz Phair, obviously it's great. End of review.

Jan 31 2026

It's fine. Coldplay is the most middle of the road music possible. If you had the best AI in the world make music to satisfy the masses and create no controversy at all, you get this album.

Seventeen Seconds by The Cure
Feb 04 2026

Pretty solid. Not my favorite by the cure but solid.

Black Monk Time by The Monks
Feb 08 2026

Worth listening to. Would probably listen again.

Bad by Michael Jackson
Feb 10 2026

It’s fine. Pop from my childhood.

Ace of Spades by Motörhead
Feb 13 2026

Excellent rock and roll.

Hot Buttered Soul by Isaac Hayes
Feb 17 2026

Not my thing. it's fine. not sure it's list worthy.

Aladdin Sane by David Bowie
Feb 18 2026

not as interesting as i remember it

The Köln Concert by Keith Jarrett
Feb 21 2026

Excellent. Learned that this was entirely improvised. Impressive display of talent.

Stardust by Willie Nelson
Feb 24 2026

10 out of 5.

Tanto Tempo by Bebel Gilberto
Feb 26 2026

This was unexpectedly lovely.

Trio by Dolly Parton
Mar 05 2026

10 out of 5.

Low by David Bowie
Mar 07 2026

probably my least favorite of 70s era bowie.

Let It Bleed by The Rolling Stones
Mar 28 2026

I remember this being better. It’s not.
