Queen II by Queen
May 09 2026

I've never heard these songs before so it was interesting to listen to Queen's earlier album. The first half of the album didn't sound like Queen at all. It felt like they were trying to find their sound and finally found it at "Ogre Battle". This song had echos of their trademark sound. "Nevermore" reminded me of the beginning of "Bohemian Rhapsody" with the piano and sounded like the Freddy Mercury I grew up listening too. Rating it a 2 because I didn't like most of the songs on the album. I was surprised to rate this one so low since I love their hits.

Not my cup of tea. I would've enjoyed this when I was an angry teen. Reminds me of "Shameless". This type of music is good in TV shows/movies but I wouldn't listen to it by itself

25 by Adele

Pearl by Janis Joplin
May 11 2026

Janis has an interesting voice. It reminds me of the modern female screamo singers. It's raspy, raw and lyrical at the same time. I liked some of the songs on this album but they all sounded similar and didn't hook me in. Not my cup of tea

Timeless by Goldie
May 13 2026

Didn't like it at all. Really weird and really long songs

Paranoid by Black Sabbath
May 14 2026

It's a good album for working out or road trips. I liked a lot of the songs on the album

Doggystyle by Snoop Dogg
May 15 2026

I like the beat and concept of the album but not the lyrics

Grace by Jeff Buckley
May 16 2026
From Elvis In Memphis by Elvis Presley
May 17 2026

Perfect for driving on country roads and summer. Really enjoyed listening to this with my windows down. This made me want to explore his other albums

Tubular Bells by Mike Oldfield
May 18 2026

Liked parts of it but didn't feel cohesive

Station To Station by David Bowie
May 19 2026

I liked some of the songs but you can definitely tell that Bowie was on drugs. I would listen again to some of the songs to see if it will grow on me

For Your Pleasure by Roxy Music
May 22 2026

I liked parts of the songs on this album. There were nice saxophone and rock interludes but I didn’t like the voice of the singer. I forced myself to finish listening to the album

The Atomic Mr Basie by Count Basie & His Orchestra
May 27 2026

Really surprised by how much I liked this album. I didn’t realize it was going to be swing/jazz based on the album art. I would listen to this again

Basket of Light by Pentangle
May 28 2026

Liked parts of it but couldn’t get past the vocals. The singers sounded off-key and took me out of the music. I didn’t finish the album

Night Life by Ray Price
May 29 2026

Ray Price’s voice is really nice but the songs were very repetitive and the instrumental music sounded like SpongeBob

Shaft by Isaac Hayes
Jun 01 2026

Really enjoyed this one as background music

Red Headed Stranger by Willie Nelson
Jun 03 2026

I liked it but a little too repetitive for me

Ocean Rain by Echo And The Bunnymen
Jun 05 2026

Liked the instrumentals but didn’t love the lead singer’s voice. It was kind of creepy. The album sounds like it could have potential but it didn’t grab me

2112 by Rush
Jun 06 2026

Not for me. Didn’t like how long the first track was and the rest of the songs didn’t really grab me

Heartbreaker by Ryan Adams
Jun 07 2026

Liked some of the songs but a lot of them sounded repetitive with the harmonica and him wailing about his love interest leaving him

Blur by Blur
Jun 23 2026
1984 by Van Halen
Jun 30 2026
Safe As Milk by Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band
