Sounds like great classic rock perhaps a little ahead of its time, reminds me of early 80s/late 70s classic rock, piano work and overall composition is great. I was unaware of how good at guitar this band can be. Some songs sound kind of samey, Candle in the wind was repetitive and boring, but some songs are classics, bennie and the jets, goodbye yellow brick road are both great. Jamican jerk, sucked holy cow there are some greats and there are some stinkers. Seen that movie too is pretty good. This is starting to get quite repetitive towards the end.

2/5 so repetitive and boring after about 4 songs
pretty good, reminds me of the verve but if they were actually interesting, still just depressing early 2000s british whining at heart, but musically much more interesting across the board, 2.5/5 seems appropriate. Its good but not anything that makes me think about it once i am done. reading this bio, i realize he is not even british but his sound is the same regardless of place of origin.
Pretty good so far i would probably think 3/5 so far.

good funky disco sound I enjoyed this one quite a bit. It got a little repetitive at spots but was overall enjoyable.
so far sounds like coworker music. made it through about 4 songs and got bored out of my freaking mind. Music isnt bad its just all the same recycled cardboard. If i wanted to listen to someone whine at a barley audible whisper with no passion i would listen to my coworkers over this.

3.7 Pretty good early punk sound, but still upbeat and energetic enough to be engaging. sounds ahead of its time. Some of the stuff in the second half lost me and started getting a little monotonous.
Starting off with the most late 80s/early 90s sounds i have ever heard lol. The sound quality is a little eh but the actual motifs are good. gets a little more poppy almost the cure like it kinda keeps getting better as the album goes but we will see if it can continue that trend. 3.75

Intro is a little strange but picks up with some interesting musical progressions. It has some kinda strange retro futurism going on with the synth sounds that im digging. opening an album with a 20+ minute long song is for sure a bold choice. Very unique album and I can see how it inspired future electronic styles but just not for me.
Not sure how to feel on this album, some songs are good and memorable, and others seem to be random assortments of nonsense. Perhaps I havent watched enough rick and morty to awaken to an IQ of greater than 100, but its about 30% good to 70% random mouth noises you hear from scary people on the bus late at night. 2/5
Ya like jazz? I am usually a fan of more "exciting" jazz ie jazz fusion, but this seemed like appropriate music for olive garden. It was fine but id rather listen to something a little more exciting like the crusaders. However there were some standouts on this that made me pause and focus more on listening, mainly Song for Sathima however in that song there seems to be some audio quality issues I would expect from a much older album.
This has quite a few classics that are easily recognized on it, but they seem to be sprinkled between mediocracy. Still due to the quality of the bangers this gets a 4.
It was kinda catchy in parts, but was overall kinda repetitive. good background music but if its something you are listening to with focus it seems to get old rather quick.
Respect is a bop, there only seems to be heaters on this album. She is very good at switching from faster paced high energy fun, to slower more serious songs. Ive never listened to her music outside of the huge hits, but I like it so far.
3.5/5 classic rap sound, remaster on spotify was 1 hour 16 minutes long, made it about half way through then got bored. biggie is a great rapper but after 40 minutes of this i was ready to be done. his word play and flow is great but it can blend together.
Super long and rambling spoken word parts? im not really sure how to describe this but so far it feels like a rich person with a hostage audience trying to live some sort of weird jazz fantasy but he is too busy monologuing to play any actual music. It feels like this would be a dentists favorite album, at least what they would say is their favorite album to feel smart, as its all about "the ambiance" and "the vibes" but its missing out on "music" holy cow he never stops yapping about random things that he seems to think rhyme, I dont think I can make it through this album.
Her voice reminds me of Luanne from king of the hill. And with the super dated and strange backing tracks maybe hank was her producer. I understand how this could have been pushing the envelope back in the day, but if you are someone who would play this album on a road trip, I think I would rather jump out of the car.
Pretty good and interesting rap album, it includes a large variety of styles and influences that keeps songs fresh throughout the entire album. 3.65/5 its good but runs a little long
I like this so far, interesting and different sounds across the songs. Kinda basic hipster vibes but it seems to work for them. I could see myself revisiting this album in the future, it does a lot of fun sounds and musically stays interesting.

The OG of Chicago blues, this album has all the classic blues sounds one could want. however for me it gets a little repetitive. Halfway through it is starting to feel like ive been locked into a famous daves after closing.
