This was made for me. I loved this. Also I kept thinking of 30 rock when Jenna has the fake Joplin doc.
Enjoyed this a lot!
Sorry. BRB. Just went to grade school/ high school. I’m in my tan van. Listening to this on a tape to CD player.
My mom wore through 2 Lps of this one. I really enjoy it too.
Listenable. Banger title track. Not going to dial it up every day.
This has everything. Steel drums. Great guitar riffs. Top hot of the Talking Heads. Great 1st album.
This album had a time and place. It’s place is no longer on my playlists or shelf. Patriotism is hard
I never knew how much I loved this album. So many of these songs were lurking in my subconscious.
Big fan of ccr . This album has a lot of what made them really popular. After the chaos of the album, that last song really tied us all together.
When you think of the BGs you think of disco pop. I don’t usually think of a Beatles imitation group. Had some good melody. Wasn’t bad. Just was basic Beatles style pop
Love the blues. Love the album.
Not sure about this. It feels a little like a high school band. The components are there. It just doesn’t feel like a top 1001 album to me.
Yas. That is all for now.
If I was a teenager at the time, this would have been my jam.
Really enjoyed this. I know some Marley. But clearly not enough. I feel like I have only ever heard a greatest hits album.
Turns out I knew very little of the offspring. The only thing I knew was the weird al covers. I enjoyed this correction
Sonic youth has been a sometimes guilty pleasure of mine. I’ve mostly listened to things past 1995 Washing Machine era. This was a fun pull back a few years. I really do love the groundwork SY did to bring some more alternative vibes onto the radio and into the mainstream.
Really liked this album. Have any listens to Common in a long ass time. That was a mistake.
This is why I love this project. I never would have found this. And I may never listen to again. But dang did I like it on this car trip.
Great classic rock vibes. Good bangers. Fun time.
Love me some franky
Solid rap and beets. I wasn’t wowed by anything.
I love this album. Concrete walls is one of my top songs of all time. 7/5
Not my #1 fave. It would do in a pinch. But I don’t see myself pulling this one up for fun.
Pass
So I have listened to this a bunch. My German teacher loved this album. And would play it during tests. It brings back good memories.
This one was one the first albums I listened to with my friends in HS. We spent 2 summers hitting record stores. This album reminds me of that couple of summers.
I will admit to not listening as close as I should. But this was good working/ reading music. I’ll flag this to listen to again.
I’m really loving the BM on this. There is just so many songs that deserve to be popular.
Enjoyed. It made me think of the tv show Bones. Would listen again
Never disappoints. I think there are more bangers on this album than pop culture will admit. Let’s get it on is great. But this whole album was great.
This was made for me. I loved this. Also I kept thinking of 30 rock when Jenna has the fake Joplin doc.
This surprised me. This was not for me.
Not bad. Just not for me.
Sorry. BRB. Just went to grade school/ high school. I’m in my tan van. Listening to this on a tape to CD player.
I’m not saying people shouldn’t like it. I’m saying I don’t
Big fan. Solid album. I bet we see RH again a few more times.
Really enjoyed this. Listened twice.
My mom wore through 2 Lps of this one. I really enjoy it too.
Enjoyed this a lot!
Liked this pretty well. Listened to a few other albums and liked those too!
Shame on me for not knowing more of these songs. I need to do better.
I turned this on while I was working. And honestly nothing about it drew me to listen to it closer. Even on second pass it was just on.
Great album. Great artist. Always a good reminder to listen to FKA
This whole album felt like an Austin powers sound track. And I loved that about it.
Liked the music not the vocals. Wanted to like it. Just kept wanting to skip a song.
Really enjoyed this. This was great driving music.
Just not really for me. I see the musicality. But I did not enjoy this.
Enjoyed this. Would listen again.
Enjoyable bop
