The Blueprint
JAY ZA couple of good tracks but I'm not a massive fan of his style. I get it you have lots of money now but didn't always.

Brilliant album from start to finish. One of my favourites. To start your debut with I wanna be adored, and finish with I am the resurrection is next level
No idea why anyone would listen to one of these guys albums never mind two
This is mental. It's interesting and I'm sure ground breaking at the time. Glad I listened, wouldn't listen again
I really liked this, great melodies and I liked how her voice does weird key changes.
Not for me, don't get on with his voice and too folksy. The way young lovers do is a good song.
A couple of good tracks but I'm not a massive fan of his style. I get it you have lots of money now but didn't always.
This was ok, some interesting stuff but also some quite forgettable. Do you realise is haunting.
I really liked this, great melodies and I liked how her voice does weird key changes.
Really not for me this one
Cool album. Very of its time 60s vibe. Also really interesting back story, seems culturally important
The older I get the less I like the doors. Just silly really. The keyboard annoys me too
This was a good album. Nice to hear punk ditties with accomplished musicians. Well produced and does well to conjure an image of how young lads think. Loses a star for terrible under the boardwalk cover
Pretty much straight up r&b, very good examples of it. Elevated by sympathy for the devil which is a classic
I didn't like anything about this. Surprised anyone would sit down and listen to it
Well this is unique at least. 20 minute Sci fi rock opera as the opening track, then 5 fairly mediocre prog songs after. A bit self indulgent but I didn't dislike it
Didn't find anything special about this tbh, standard 80s soft rock as far as I can tell
This is excellent, well written songs and a stone cold classic in without you. Loved it
Not really my thing but enjoyable enough. Instantly recognisable. Got a bit much by the end and I was glad when it finished
Listened to this quite a lot back in the day, but it really hasn't aged well. Sounds like someone made it on a PlayStation. Just a bit silly really
Well... I'm sure this is great if you're into it but really not for me. The repetition in the songs made me feel ill!
Not sure who listens to this kind of thing really
This is brilliant. Start of the album absolutely bangs, then the end is wonderfully weird. Gloria is an awesome song
It's decent enough but I don't really get the awe for this one. Well known tracks are great, album tracks a bit samey.
I don't like u2 much and I particularly don't like this version of them
This is great. Considered a 4 star as I didn't think there were any standout tracks but that's only because they are all great
This was ok, in the right mood I could really like it. In the wrong mood it sounds very sixth form. Will give it 4 but it should be 3.5
Well... The tunes themselves are pretty good but the vocals and lyrics are just awful. Shame
I'm sure this is a great example of blues but I just find it a bit forgettable. It ain't right is a banger though
It's interesting, it's atmospheric, it's uncomfortable and it's unique. I should like it more than I do.
This kind of folky blues isn't really my thing, but I did actually like this. Last track is a tune.
Never gonna be something I'd listen to, but it's more tuneful than I expected and the talent of the musicians is impressive
It's ok, the jam are a real best of band for me but there's some good stuff on here outside the hits
Really enjoyed this, ace beats and up my street
Just awful, hate this type of over produced hair metal. Didn't make it all the way through.
There's a couple of bangers here but it's a long album with loads of r&b filler. Her warbling annoyed me by the end
Tiny dancer really stands out, the rest relatively bland, coke fueled ballads. Strings are good. The Indian song is hilarious
Like this, much stronger at the start than the end where it gets a bit non descript. Nice nostalgia
Great album this. Crown of love and wake up back to back is amazing
It's easy to forget how massive this album was. Some really iconic tracks, but some nonsense too.
I'm sure this is a great example of what it is, but it's just not for me
Street life is great! The rest totally forgettable background music
Brilliant album from start to finish. One of my favourites. To start your debut with I wanna be adored, and finish with I am the resurrection is next level
This is pretty cool, very unique obviously. Can't name a standout track, I'd never put it on but never turn it off either
I'm sure I've heard most of this on ads and home improvement shows. If I ever open a beach bar somewhere I know what to play
This is ok, some good ideas, but lots of it quite forgettable. Would probably benefit from repeat listening
Good album this. There's a smash hit which is not at all representative of the rest, which is a good thing
I just don't really get why anyone would listen to this
How this guy is so popular I have no idea. Needed cheering up after this
This is a cool album. Female Stevie wonder vibes. She's a bit of a fruit cake
Fairly generic 70s rock and roll. Wouldn't listen again. Steven Tyler had a better voice back then, less rasping
Easy 5. Great album, some absolute classics, inventive throughout
I think this would probably be amazing live but just became background for me really
Boring, middle of the road, no thanks
This is mental. It's interesting and I'm sure ground breaking at the time. Glad I listened, wouldn't listen again
It's a decent album with some good tunes. Bit sullied by how much of a bell Jay kay became. Gets a bit samey towards the end
Easy to see that many were inspired by this. Its decent but sadly seems clichéd now
It's ok, I wasn't a fan of most of the covers in the middle of the album. Starts and ends well though
This isn't my favourite era of the cure. The industrial snare throughout made it all very samey
60s vibes, was ok. Couple of good tunes on there
It's not my favourite, but still pretty good
I'm guessing this isn't one his better albums. I found this quite boring and forgettable
Fairly generic rock album. Nothing stand out for me
It's ok. Doesn't have the character of rooty which I much prefer
Nowhere near as good as rumours, can't think of a standout track
It's a decent album, couple of bangers and plenty of generic reggae
This album is OK, not my favourite but a decent listen. Love the drums
Cool little album this. Maybe a bit pretentious at times but some good songs too
Cool album, the better known songs are by far the best
Got to be honest I didn't get through this one. Really not a fan
Thought this would hippy nonsense but I enjoyed it far more than I thought I would!
Really not sure why I'd have to listen to this. It's terrible
It's ok, need to remember how influential it was as its pretty dated now
It's a classic sure, not all for me but some of it is great
Some good tunes, couple of classics actually, but also some forgettable filler
Really liked this! Wish the title track was a proper song rather than a minute long
Not sure about this, it's ok but there are far better blur albums.
The singles are actually decent but the rest leaves me cold
I just can't be doing with this type of jazz. It's annoying
It's decent but not really my thing. Wouldn't ask for it to be turned off
Better than I expected but still not something I'd seek out
It's ok, largely forgettable dancish stuff with a couple of good ines
Quality album this, really like it from start to finish
Blues like this just isn't my thing, it all sounds samey and merges into one
The two well known tracks are really good, I don't have much time for the rest really
It's ok, can see it was probably quite groundbreaking. But their own stuff is so much better than the covers I don't know why there are so many
It's ok, decent for a bit of background but I wouldn't say there's anything stand out. Rods voice gets a bit grating
Easy 5, amazing album
Another great album, another 5
Well I gave it a go but its just not for me I'm afraid!
I guess a couple of the tracks are fairly iconic, but flimsy synth pop is not for me
Really good, might even prefer it to fulsome prison!
It's decent this, not something I'd rush to put on but I like the sound
It's ok, interesting enough but not something I'll ever go back to
No idea why anyone would listen to one of these guys albums never mind two
This is great! Really enjoyed it, would like to have it on while sipping a beer in the hammock
Not my fave Bowie, but it gets an extra star for sound and vision
Really not for me, found it really dull
