Dope and relaxed. Alto? Control her voice well. Great piano work.

Samples, punk, drum machines, women's lib. A few catchy songs. Reminds me of a poor man's Stereolab at times.

3 classics. Vintage 80s sounds. Interesting sax work. AOR. Good experimental production (live sounds). Each song builds.

Such a good epic. Will add to regular rotation. Love how he just grooves with an idea.

Bass and drum heavy. I like this but it seems not that big of a deal. But, it was the first of its kind so that’s what makes it groundbreaking

I see why this is a classic. First RS listened to in it’s entirety. Very bluesy which is what I’ve heard before, as to Beatles being more pop than rock. Honky Tonk woman first draft?

Reminds me of a free form Pixies. Good background music if you are feeling a little agro while exercising or doing physical activity

Very cheeky. A strange mix of styles, from pirate music (Harry Rag) to straight rockers (David Watts). Enjoyed this more than I thought I would.

Lots of free form expression here. Love the interplay between distorted guitars and brass. Great. Dirge like at times.

Literate folk. Different versions of some songs that I’ve always heard another way.

Polyrhythms and afrobeats. Pretty good, but not my thing.

I want to give this a 4, but I need to listen a little more. Still, pretty solid post punk. Some songs really stood out to me.

I guess I was in a different head space when this came out and didn’t seek it out. My loss. This slaps. Love it.

Likes this more than I thought I would. Sounds like straight country, which is my least preferred genre, but they do well with it.
