A very mellow album, that will probably lead to me listening to Simon & Garfunkel. Need to digest the lyrics more! 4/5 on first listen. Also rating these on RYM.
Enjoyed this more than I thought I would. Oddfellows Local 151 & The One I Love bang. Can see this growing on me in the future.
Didn’t gel with this as much as I’d hoped. It’s pretty bloated, but has some great stand outs. Brothers Gonna Work It Out & Burn Hollywood Burn notably. Will probably revisit this in the future, and check out Hold Us Back.
Energetic, but repetitive. Somehow felt longer than it is. Didn’t really care for this one.
Fantastic album, don't have much to add besides that. I loved it. Fuzzy and Wish You Well are real standouts.
I don’t really care for the gazing at shoes genre, but this was pretty decent. Won’t be revisiting it though.
Infectious! I can see myself enjoying this even more in the future. Didn't quite care for the drum solo track at the end.
It's a jam.
French af. Took a couple of listens to warm up to, but after it clicked, it really clicked. You Make It Easy and Remember are highlights.
Starts strong(ish, Tell Her Tonight is pretty bad), but fizzles out towards the end. Still very enjoyable for its high highs.
The production on this is insane, and the writing is great. I didn't always gel with the vocal delivery, but I might warm up to it more on future re-listens.
Very uninteresting. Not good or bad, it just is.
Good album, that I feel would be great if I had followed Bowie's career closer over the years. Can't wait to hear this after going throught he rest of his discography.
I dig it! Unfortunately I don’t have much else to say on it.
I dig it! Unfortunately I don’t have much else to say on it.
These album is straight cheeks, man.
Wow, I loved this. Poison Arrow & 4 Ever 2 Gether go insane.
I used to be a Dapper Dan Man, now I'm a Steely Dan Fan.
It do be a Christmas album.
It's fine, I just don't feel like I'll revist it again. I listned to this way back when, and it was fine then as well.
Frankie kinda cookin.
This goes insanely hard.
Never thought I’d be Presley pilled.
4/5 Beatles on this one
I respect the hell out of it. Won't be listening again, though.
I listened to 3 song, and they were all shit from ass. I don’t need to listen to more.
Boogie woogie fr
Certified pop classic.
Didn’t really care for this. Felt like the same song for 35 minutes.
REM this album down my throat, dawg.
Will be blasting this in my 2001 Ford Explorer with my dum dum boys.
Eliminating the album from my brain after today.
Incredible album, that drags very slightly in a few spots. Still a 5 star banger.
Enjoyable and goofy
Phenomenal, a bop of biblical proportions.
Fantastic stuff here, will need to digest the lyrics a bit more. This is closer to a 4.5 than a 4.
Enjoyable, but didn’t really stand out to me.
Cool stuff on this record. All I really have to say on it.
Pretty enjoyable! I can definitely see my self revisiting this in the future.
Front to back bangers. A phenomenal album.
Primo stuff, my guy.
RATM has always been a band I acknowledge as great, but I could never click with their albums. Listening to this on a more focused level got me a lot closer than previous spins.
The Good, The Bad, and The Guy That Really Wanted To Be In The Strokes
Solid, not groundbreaking stuff.
Enjoyable and short listen. Didn’t really blow me away.
Of course the cover of Hurt is fantastic, but the rest of this album is equally sombre and carries that emotional weight throughout the entire runtime.
This is an album that I recognize is good, but it just doesn’t click with me.
Vibin with this mf thang fr
Mr. Krabs did it better
Is good. Never really vibed when this era of metal, but I can respect it for what it is.
This is one groovy fucker
The 3rd Bowie album I’ve listened to in its entirety, and on first listen, I’d probably call it my favorite. This thing is baller as hell front to back.
Certified Sufjan classic
Good stuff, might click more on a revisit. Also this guy HATES his mom.
This thing is kinda horny, huh?
A couple of lulls keep this from being perfect, but it’s damn close.
Yeah, Freebird carries.
There are quite a few bangers in here, but as a whole I think it falls a bit short. Relaxing listen for sure.
Yeah Kanye, who will survive in America? This album has so many incredible highs, and just a few lows (primarily the outro to Blame Game, which is pretty grating on re-listens). I waver back and forth on how I feel about this album a lot, but I can't deny how much this shit will blast your hair back.
Garfunky
Sleepy music 😴
Goofy goober type music
I’m not well versed in the Grime time scene, but I enjoyed this a ton. Nasty productions, and killer lyrics. Good shit.
The only other Stevie I know is in Malcolm in the Middle, but this guy is pretty cool too.
