1001 Albums Summary

Never my jam but decided to give a fresh listen. Still does. Do it for me…too much 80s synth dance vibe.

Old timey tunes which was fun. The story-telling of the songs was fun too. Awesome to hear the original versions of El Paso which I’ve know for decades as covered by the Grateful Dead. But not something I’d go back and listen to again.

Interesting. Diverse. Smooth jazz to Jim Morrison to therapy session. Got thru most of it. Won’t go back.

Classic amazing songs that stand the test of time. Some of the more obscure tunes are forgettable.

A fun surprise! Funky jazzy jammy Latin reggae. I’ve recommended to others.

Reminded me of Cracker, Jayhawks. Slow songs, not high energy. LONG album. Got repetitive after 90 minutes. Didn’t turn it off….

Kinda fun. Can see why they toured with The Clash. Very period-correct mild punk.

Listened to EJ all my life and don’t listen much anymore. Fun to revisit the classics but didn’t fall in love again.
