Strong, influencial.

Hammond joy! Influential and worthy of a high rank in the 1001. You will know these tracks if you have been around music a lot. I thought I would not know one, but I knew and enjoyed them all.

I am so pleased to listen to Neil Young finally. This grew on me, and I found after three listens I enjoyed it a lot more. I will be returning.

Brilliant. This album changed the sound of music, and I could not listen to it enough.

I do not understand why this is included. I know I may be wrong; maybe it is my "taste", but I listened to it three times and could not get excited about it or find a reason to listen again.

One high point of 1001 is discovering an artist you had dismissed and realising they are far better than you expected. Dolly Parton, I am sorry; I wasted decades when I could have enjoyed your music. At age 13, I decided you were not my taste; apparently, my taste has refined. I will be digging deep into your back catalogue. I have always respected you as a person; now, I also appreciate your music.

The original six tracks are a possible 5, but if you listen to the whole concert, it is possibly 3. I enjoyed The Who for the first time.
