The White Album
BeatlesI knew this day would come- I cried out when I saw this one LMAO not looking forward to it Halfway through and still don't understand how people enjoy them. I'm just waiting for Helter Skelter to start.

I’m not typically a fan of albums with so few lyrics, but this one just screams “rolled down windows riding down A1A”. I downloaded this to my Spotify and plan to do exactly that, all summer long.
More like spoken poetry than music- not sure if I can bring myself to finish. Just not my style, although the instrumentals are nice and peaceful.
I don’t think that I can give this a true rating- I listened to it while I was driving, and was unable to look up the translation for the lyrics. Overall, I enjoyed the instrumentals and the overall vibes of the album.
Don’t have anything to say about this one- it was okay.
Definitely a classic- it was wonderful listening to this while I worked. I don’t know if any of the songs necessarily stood out to me, but they came together to create a fantastic atmosphere.
I absolutely love the seamless way that the songs on this album transition between each other. I wasn't initially impressed with this album after listening to the first couple of songs, but it has definitely grown on me as I've continued.
I can see why this album would be listed in the top 1001 of all time, but I can't say that it's my style, per say. It wasn't bad listening to this first thing in the morning while I was working- it definitely fit the mood. Overall, I just find this album repetitive and a little boring.
I've been WAITING for Metallica to show up- can't wait to listen to this in its entirety. I like Metallica as much as the next girl, but I'm not sure that this is their best work. I enjoyed listening, but I don't think that this album left a lasting impression one way or the other.
The timing of this is funny, as I just saw a video last night of people bashing Cyndi and saying that she was a one-hit wonder. This album proves that incorrect, and cements her as one of the greatest pop singers of all time.
I've never listened to a Bruce Springsteen album before, so I was excited to finally give him a real chance. I can see why people love him, but I don't find anything in this album very memorable.
I'm not a fan of purely acoustic albums- the songs in this album seemed to drag on and were highly repetitive in my opinion. I will try to finish listening, but it already feels like I've been listening for hours.
This album is nice to listen to in the background while working, but I'm not sure that it serves any other purpose. It's good, but not necessarily my style or speed.
I can see why this became a classic, but I wasn't as into it as I thought I would be. I might need to explore more Ray Charles.
I knew this day would come- I cried out when I saw this one LMAO not looking forward to it Halfway through and still don't understand how people enjoy them. I'm just waiting for Helter Skelter to start.
I liked the sound and feel of it- I wish I would have had more time to look into the actual meanings of the songs. Overall, pretty nice to listen to.
I've never actually listened to a David Bowie album in its entirety before this morning. It was a nice listen, with just a song or two that I already knew - the perfect amount. I liked this just about as much as I expected to.
It kinda feels like I'm on the longest elevator ride of my life, but I can't say that I'm particularly upset about that...
I didn't know what was going on at any point during my listen of this one. Confused.
Definitely enjoyable to listen to, but not really my style.
Too whiny for me. Pass.
This is a super fun listen, but I'm not entirely sure how I feel about it. Some of the songs are catchy and will be stuck in my head for sure, but others seem amateur in a way that I can't get with.
I have never listened to The Kinks before, but I get the slightest Beatles impression, so I'm out. I'm sorry.
I'm not a huge fan of purely acoustic albums, and this one doesn't seem to be any different. It feels slightly repetitive at times.
This was my favorite album 10 years ago, let's see how it has held up over time.
Had a nice, smooth vibe to it, but I am not a fan of albums without lyrics. Felt a little repetitive to me.
"And you're sick of all this... repetition" (Queen Jane Approximately) Yes, Bob, I am. Why are all of the songs so long? Not a fan - feels like I'm stuck in a loop, they all sound the same.
Just looking at the total listen time, I don't think I'm going to be a huge fan of this one... We'll see how far I make it. I wouldn't say that I didn't enjoy it at all, but it definitely wasn't my favorite. A few of the songs were quite nice to listen to.
Today's going to be a good day. I love this album so very much.
While I think that this is one of the most interesting albums I've listened to so far, it didn't really leave much more of an impression on me. I enjoy the vibe of it for the most part, though.
I feel like most of the albums that are on this list are of the same genre and have the same sound- this album is no different. I am not a fan.
Such a great album- I'm glad to get something a little different today.
I used to love this album, but I don’t think it aged all that well for me.
As someone going through a breakup, this album is phenomenal. It amazes me how the experience of being a woman has remained the same even through the generations. Incredible listen.
How many different versions of the same songs can we fit in one album? It's kind of interesting listening to Otis Redding covering all of these classic songs, but he doesn't do any of them better than the original...
I wasn't impressed much by this album on my first listen, but I definitely am appreciating it more the second time around. I feel like this would be perfect music to play while cleaning the house. Very peaceful and relaxing.
I wasn't really a fan of this one- it wasn't interesting enough to grab my attention at any point while I was listening. Felt like I could fall asleep at any second.
I don’t even have anything to say about this one. It was okay.
The hits on this album are HITTING, but the rest of the album isn't as amazing as I remember it being. Overall, a good listening experience. I can recognize this as a pretty solid album from Kanye, but it doesn't hold a candle to Graduation, in my opinion.
Definitely not excited about this one. Okay, it's honestly not as bad as I was expecting it to be (the usual U2 experience). All of the songs have an aggression to them that I'm kind of loving.
The first song on this album is one that I have known my entire life but have never been able to name the title or the artist. I am digging both the sound and the album cover.
I feel like I haven't had an album that actually makes me FEEL anything in a while... This one is the same- it's okay but doesn't really stand out to me in any way. I'm leaning towards the negative, though.
A few of the songs on this album are enjoyable, but for the most part, I don't feel any type of way about this one. I can acknowledge that it's objectively good, but not really my thing. A lot of these albums sound the same to me...
Finally something a little different this week. I am loving the vibe of this album - it reminds me of a sad Christmas, if that makes sense.
I really enjoy the hits on this album, but everything else just seems to blend together. It felt like I was listening to the same song over and over again.
Always a great album to listen to - I'd give 5 stars for Jeremy
I wouldn’t say that I didn’t enjoy this, but it did start to feel a lil too repetitive towards the end and I don’t really like music without words too much. I really enjoyed a couple of the songs, though.
I don’t feel any way about this one way or the other.
I may be biased, but this album is a masterpiece. Always has been and always will be.
A little too aggressive and repetitive for me - just not my thing.
I actually quite liked the energy that this album had, but it didn't really leave an impression on me unfortunately.
When I pulled this album up and saw it was 3 hours, I laughed. We'll see if I make it all the way through. There's no shot I finish this whole thing, I feel like I'm living in a loop. Too long and repetitive for me- it's a shame because I know how good Ella Fitzgerald is.
This album is absolutely timeless - all the times I've listened to it, it's never gotten old. It had me grooving in my cubicle.
I wasn't expecting to find one of my favorite samples on this album, but I am pleasantly surprised. Other than that one second snippet, I'm not very impressed with the rest of the album - it's a little boring.
Such a phenomenal album. I've actually never listened to this album in its entirety, but it was exactly what I thought it would be. Amazing. I've been listening to it on repeat all day.
I enjoyed this one a lot more than I thought I would. Although all of the songs kind of sound the same, I still think they blended together seamlessly and made for a good listen first thing in the morning. It felt like I was in an old-western. "Cocaine" gets a thumbs down from me.
I never knew that this album was so incredibly long. I'm sad to say that this was almost 3 hours of the same exact song on repeat. I've heard so many good things about this one, too.
I don't know why I keep on doing this to myself - hopefully this is the last damn Bob Dylan album on this list. I can't do this, I'm sorry Bob.
I just find this album boring, honestly.
I'm really not into all the counting, crying, and moaning in the background of the songs here. I absolutely cannot finish this one, I'm sorry to all the fans of this shit.
As a whole, this album didn't leave much of a good impression on me, but "You Can Make It If You Try" made the whole thing worth listening to for me.
This is the first enjoyable album I've had this week, so my standards may be lower than normal at this point, but I really liked this one. Upbeat and unique.
I wish I could say that I really enjoyed this album, but it didn't make me feel any type of way really. There was too much straight instrumental at the end for my taste, but overall it was an okay listen, if not boring.
This one wasn't my style necessarily, but I can really appreciate her voice and the stories she is telling through the songs on the album. I enjoyed it enough.
Wasn't a fan of this one - I found it to be stereotypical 80's music. Had me cringing a little bit, to be honest.
I think 10 years ago, I would've enjoyed this album a lot more than I am now. I don't find this album as lyrical or as entertaining as I once did.
I've never heard of Sarah Vaughan before today, and that's a shame honestly. I LOVED this album from beginning to end.
I don't really feel any type of way about this album - it really just sounds like most of the albums on the list... They're starting to blend together a little bit, honestly. Nothing really sets this one apart from the rest, in my opinion.
It was okay.
Definitely not my thing - this album has an amateur feel to it that I couldn't stop noticing in all of the songs.
I was prepared to say that this album was overrated, but I really enjoyed the experience of listening to this one. I didn't even realize it was over and had started over again until more than halfway through.
Had a little pep in my step listening to this one - made me feel like a bad ass a little bit.
