Inspelningen är otroligt välgjord. Musikerna är även dom helt fantastiska och det svänger verkligen. Musiken i övrigt är väl kanske i det närmaste hissmusik och det är ingenting som provocerar alls. Väldigt snällt, mjukt och varmt.

Exemplariskt producerad. Ljudbilden är varm och vacker. Man hör att musikerna är otroligt skickliga och i vissa låtar blir det lite lekfullt. Balladerna är väl lite trötta, men några av låtarna drar verkligen igång ett riktigt sväng. Kan absolut tänka mig att lyssna en gång till.

Ganska kort album. Det svänger ju något galet. Åter igen, musikerna är ju helt bissart duktiga och produktion och inspelning lika så. Det är jämnbra låtar genom hela albumet. Bra!

Ganska mycket klassförakt och upprepade försök att vara svåra och "sexiga". Musiken är inte förlegad, men man vet ändå när det här släpptes. Musikaliskt inget spciellt tyvärr. Det är uppenbart varför två av dom här låtarna blev monsterhits, men resten av plattan når inte riktigt upp till samma nivå.

Man kan i stort sett höra resan från Beatles till Black Sabbath hända i realtid. Inspelningen är som vanligt helt fläckfri. Musikernas förmåga lika så. Stundtals blir det bara konstigt och delar av albumet tillför inget annat än ett tidsenligt utlopp av drogkreativitet. Överlag, en bra platta.

What's with all the leg references?! Overall, artsy and a tad pretentious maybe. Not unlistenable, but challenging for sure. You kind of know that it's PJ Harvey when you hear it. An inspiration for many no doubt. Some of the tracks, like 50th Queenie and Yuri-G is straight up punk rock and quite nice. But some of the other tracks, like Man-sized sextet, is really hard to listen to.
