Wasn't a big fan of Coldplay growing up since I grew up only hearing the overplayed radio hits, and only was familiar with songs like Yellow and Clocks. While they aren't one of my favorite bands, I do really like some of the songs on this album, and was very surprised on how their sound was on this album (I was expecting the same pop sound they have now!) Overall --> pretty good! / #1 Favorite song off album: Daylight, A Whisper Favorites: Daylight, God Put A smile Upon Your Face, Politik, A Whisper, Title song - I LOVE the guitars and vocals on Daylight / A whisper. love the synth like sounds(?) in A Whisper. Both songs immediately hooked me Least favorites: In My Place, The Scientist mixed? : Clocks. -Ive heard it so much that it sort of just melts in my head when I try to think of it (negative). I can say that I do love the drums and piano in the song. Green eyes -didn't hook me well and I just didn't have an opinion on it.
oh that opener is VERY god she broke im up. hello. hell yess I was never really into 60's music and I was more familiar with Jefferson Starship... So far this is very good!! Favorites: Today, She Has Funny Cars Least favorites:
I grew up listening to oasis because my dad was a GIGANTIC fan... help me I always judged oasis albums as a kid by looking if they had ''Don't turn your back in anger'' on them. I think kid me is rolling in her time grave rn (not on this one) - Overall: okay! I dont care all too much for Oasis as I would other britpop bands...
insane band name hello
the beatle
OOOH ORCHESTRAS..... i will have to relisten to this....

not my favorite, but ii had fun listening to it! my favorite was do you remember walter?
TRUE REALLL.............. i love pavement and have always had a soft spot for them....!!!! i love how the guitars sound deeply.. This clicked with me immediately (probably because of my past love of pavement) and I had a lot of fun listening to it! Makes me want to play guitar myself again... Only downside is that it did start to feel same-y sometimes, but I didn't mind it too much tbf number one favorite(s): Jackals... , Conduit for sale!, Here, perfume-v favs: trigger cut/wounded, no life singed her, In the mouth of a desert no opinion: wrists
???????????????????????? man what is this I feel like Im hearing a string of random thoughts (its very funny with WNTPC? heeey I think my hair grew out) genuine cinema im afraid Favorite: Who needs the peace corps?
... i am not a big fan of country so I'll see how this goes. After listening: not bad but not for me. Feels like coffee shop music, and I wasn;t particularly caught by any song really other than Grumpus. Favorite: Grumpus. Least favorite: What else could it be?. dear god actually what is that falsetto
YEAAAAAAAAAAS i love Tracy so dearly
TRUE....... i enjoyed it! the only song i didnt feel much for was bemsha swing. stuck between a 3 and 4 for me.
i liked it!
RIP Ozzy. I've always been familiar with black sabbath because of my dad's tastes. I've always liked behind the wall of sleep.
I have a big bias to them............ uhoh I have this album on cd! very fun. I have to admit that it does sound very samey and isn't my favorite album despite having one of my all time favorite songs on it. Good! I have a soft spot for Butler's voice. all time favorite: imitation of Christ
WE UP I used to really not like the Beatles...? My best friend developed a hyper fixation on them, and gradually I was introduced to more songs from them. I actually really like them! I LOVE the art done for this album. Klaus Voorman has an amazing style. I really really love it
YEAH
while I am a fan of more electronic music... I didn;t enjoy it. It didn't feel like something I'd remember. 2/5
WERE SO BACK ITS UNREAL. probably one of my favorite albums in Britpop. we are so back its unreal....... not an all-time favorite but was very nice to revisit it! unfortunately I;m not the biggest fan of animal nitrate. I think the only personal con for this album is that I'm not a fan of Brett's vocals on some songs (which is weird despite liking voices similar to his...?) Stuck between a 3.5-4/5 for me. Favorites: She's not dead, Pantomime horse, Moving, The Drowners
YEAAAHAHAHAHAHAH i like miles davis :] have 1 of his records on cds... not this one though
why did he name this 1999 if it was released in 1982? Is He Stupid? in all seriousness: its alright. Favorite song being the first 2 mins of Lady cab driver. Songs drag on for a while, though.
GET ME OUT OF HERE
dude
HELL YESS
extremely good favorites: jackson, give my loves to rose!!
So far I like it! The beginning track was good but felt a bit repetitive. I love dual of the iron mic, I love that sort of shimmering sound in it. I also love Living in the world today. Gold has to have my favorite songwriting Favorite: Dual of the iron mic, Living in the world today, Gold
HELL YESSS.... re-listening: Its so so good. favorites: NY state of mind, Life's a bitch, World is yours, Memory lane, One time 4 your mind, It ain't hard to tell
yeag
absolutely not
WE ARE SO BACK. one of my favorite albums of all time. This album means so much to me as it helped me though so many things. While not my personal favorite cure album (that goes to seventeen seconds!): It really is that amazing. I do admit I am pretty biased as the cure is one of my all-time favorite bands, if not my number one favorite. This album is also one of the first cds I found secondhand when I started collecting cds! I was so happy about it :] -- misc song opinions - Pictures of You - This was my father's favorite song from the cure. He'd always say that the song ''flowed nicely'' whenever I'd ask about it. While it wasn't my favorite song, I appreciated it but didn't fully 'get it' like my father did. When he passed recently, I re-listened to disintegration in full and finally understood it. It's now a very dear song to my heart because of it. - Last Dance - This track is my number one favorite song from the cure. just a gorgeous song that feels like taking a long walk in winter. I particularly love how RS's voice sounds in it. - I had a particularly hard time getting into untitled and closedown the first and second time I had listened to them. I'm not entirely sure why! I now deeply love them, though x] Favorites: All tracks + Demo fear of ghosts. I don;t think I could rank the songs in best to worst as I adore all of them. 5/5
