Pleasant to listen to but not necessarily setting me on fire on first listen. Feels like I'm missing something.
A fun vibe but overall a bit long and repetitive for me. Could work as background lofi
The instrumentals are often a fun vibe, but his voice is atrocious. It works for some tracks but not all, and is a bit much for an entire album. 'Walk on the Wild Side', 'Satellite of Love', 'Wagon Wheel', and 'I’m So Free' are the standouts.

This album is a vibe for me and some tracks stand out (Green Light, The Louvre, Supercut), but the fry and rasp in her voice is distracting at points and sometimes works against the music. A lot of it is quite same-y same-y. Really, I think I wish Lorde's music wasn't sung by Lorde.

A chill album. Good for background music, but not really anything here that lit me on fire. Voice was a bit irritating in a way that didn't serve the music.

Most of the time, when I don’t like a piece of music, I can see what other people do—it’s just that it isn’t effective on me personally. This album is one of those rare albums where I don’t understand at all, and simply assume that people who like it must be smarter than me to see something that I don’t.
Boring, odd without being compelling, overstays its welcome.

For me, rap needs to have an interesting beat and/or interesting lyrics, and this album for me had neither. I am very fond of British rappers' voices though. It adds a lovely texture to an otherwise boring album.

A genre that can be very hit or miss for me. For me, this is a miss. Grating and repetitive and annoying without ever being interesting. Maybe if I was drunk in the club, the album would be fun to listen to? Since I don't go the club, I will simply never know.

Shoutout to 1950s rock and roll for saying that music should be fun with its whole chest. The A-side is particularly joyful, and I love his voice and piano-playing. The B-side is a bit more hit and miss for me, but overall I really enjoyed this.

Irish trad and rock are always going to be a winning combo for me, and I’m fond of the Pogues. This record is stronger than the sum of its parts for me—a lot of the individual tracks didn’t hit for me, but the cumulative effect was delightful.
Standout tracks: Sally MacLennane, A Pistol for Paddy Garcia, Dirty Old Town, The Gentleman Solider

I don't even know how to evaluate this. I'm not sure how other people know this is Good™; to me, this is ambient music at its worst, where it's such a nothingburger that I barely even noticed it's on.
This might be good music to fall asleep to? Maybe if I did drugs, I would appreciate this more, but alas, I do not and I am bored.

Parts of this are fun and parts of this are insufferable, and the fact that those parts sometimes occur at the exact same time makes for a very confusing listening experience. I just wish the sound was less grating? And why is there a track where it's just someone smashing bottles? I was willing to hate this album less until that point.

I personally think that if songs are going to be long, they should be interesting. I like Roundabout, but a lot of the rest of this feels like sitting in the room during an aimless albeit delightful jam session. The cover is great though.

Sometimes his voice creates a great atmosphere (telling stories at the campfire) and other times it distracts—some of his songs seem to want a more melodic voice. Would happily listen to again but wouldn’t go out of my way for. Some tracks overstay their welcome and not a lot stands out, but So Long, Marianne was delightful.

Great vibes and very fun. No particular track stands out to me, but I would happily listen to it again. Good background music (honorific).

An excellent vibe and a fun album. Some tracks drag (Sex Machine in particular), which makes the album a bit uneven overall, but still a great listen.
Not my vibe. A lot of random sounds that create a strong sense of atmosphere, but nothing something I’d listen to again. The opening is the closest to an enjoyable track.

This double album could have been a single album and actually the single album could have been an email with just Hey Ya attached.

A couple bangers (God! Show Me Magic and Something 4 the Weekend) but the album is uneven and it's not a total album experience I would want to have again.

I'm a fan of alt rock and I was happy to vibe to some of this, but it was a bit one-note for me personally. I appreciate that it spawned a lot of alt rock and is seminal in the genre, and while I thank it for its service, I prefer its descendants. "Here Comes Your Man" is the standout for me.

Wall-to-wall bangers and non-stop fun.

This album is a vibe! Not a vibe I'll often be in the mood for, and the tracks do blur a bit, but I'll happy spend time here again.
