1001 Albums Summary

Just incredible vocals

This one wasn't for me. Not a huge fan of his singing and the music didn't feel like anything new either.

I thought this one was pretty fun. Some crazy lyrics in here like in head cut. Very punk

Love since I've been loving you and immigrant song but the rest didn't really do it for me

Didn't really enjoy anything about this one.

Really didn't like the vocals.

Love the beats, the stripped back jazzy music and the smooth vocals.

Some great songs and her singing is amazing throughout but I think the production and music is a little too plain

Don’t know that I really got this one.

I like the politics but not the singing

I liked the combination of storytelling and music here. Some great singing especially on the first and last song.

I was hoping to like this one more, but don’t think it really stood out in any way.

Some cool psychedelic rock. I’m a big fan of the end.

Great dancing music with interesting compositions. I particularly liked pedro navaja.

Pretty chill rock music with some beep boops. I liked this more than I thought I would.

Haunting music and lyrics really matches his voice.

Great stuff

Very ska

Didn’t like this quite as much as low end theory but still great stuff.

Truly awful

Too goofy for me

Don’t think this one came together. Feels very disjointed but some of the guitar is nice

Honestly liked some of this more than I expected. The last half of the album is a bit boring though

Would definitely go dancing to this

RIP their voices sound great in this

That was a lot

Kinda generic early 2000s rock. Didn’t really like the guys voice

Some great rock music

Not a huge fan of the angst rap rock

Big bob Marley fan. This didn’t have my favorite set of songs but it’s still good

Very cool combination of electric instruments with jazz.

Not my favorite

Sounds nice but a bit boring

Some fun blues

Really like this one. School in particular is great

Pretty good set of songs. I liked this more than I expected

This was pretty good and also her background is crazy.

It was fun but not incredibly memorable

There’s a lot going on here but I kind of liked it

This ones a no for me

Not my favorite of David Bowie honestly

I just thought this was really boring. Feels of it’s time in a not positive way

Some solid hip hop. Good lyrics and beats

Can’t believe I’ve never heard of this. She has a great voice and also good music

Big no for me

Never realized David Bowie was so experimental. Some of the songs are pretty cool and I really like heroes.

Ugh

It was pretty good but I think some of the songs sounded a bit samey. Maybe I’m not appreciating it enough it was influential to later hip hop but think it sounded a bit dated.
