Aug 22 2026

Feeling unease while listening to it. Idk why, pretty mid but it's listenable. The only songs that stood out to me was the intro track, Goodbye Yellow Brick Road, and Saturday Night's Alright

Aug 23 2026

I listened through this while playing Far Cry 5. It was a good backdrop while slaughtering Peggies and cruising around Hope County, Montana. Vibes:10/10 Actual music:6.5/10 Overall:3.5/5, would have sex to it.

Dirt by Alice In Chains
Aug 24 2026

I've known Alice in Chains for a while now, I even listened to some of their songs before, but I never listened through a full album by them until now. And oh my stars it was so worth it! What an experience, what an experience. I listened to half of the album outside, the other half inside... This didn't really have any impact on how I perceived the heavily distorted heavy guitars and deep lyrics, but it was an interesting contrast. Anyway, even if some songs didn't have as much momentum as the rest, it's a really great alt metal album, and I'm sure I will listen to it more later on. 5/5

The Fat Of The Land by The Prodigy
Aug 25 2026

The first time I heard Prodigy was... well, as far as I can remember, it was included in a trailer for CoD Black Ops 6, and then in Watch Dogs: Legion. After that, I met someone who's a big fan of their work. So going into this album, I can say I'm aware of their work as an electronic music group. So after finally listening through the entire album... eh, I guess it was okay, didn't expect much diving into it. I already listened to the singles before, so those weren't new; the rest of the album was solid, so I give this a... 3.5/5 Ngl might come back for Climbatize a few times... that was an interesting instrumental experience...

Fragile by Yes
Aug 26 2026

For me, first it was the 'To be continued...' song, then it was the song from Los Santos Rock Radio, and now it's Roundabout by Yes. Ah, Yes, the band. Anyway, this was a terrible listen-through, except for the songs that are over 7 minutes long.

Coat Of Many Colors by Dolly Parton
Aug 27 2026

She died yesterday, and the next album generated is one of hers. R.I.P. Dolly Parton. We lost another legend with you. ✊💔 Okay, turns out this was probably on purpose; well, I'm not surprised, tho it still can break someone's heart. Anyway, after listening through this album while riding a virtual steam locomotive between Warwick and Wallangarra in Australia, I must say I really wanted to like it. I did like most of it, but unfortunately the best I can give is a 3.5/5

Southern Rock Opera by Drive-By Truckers
Aug 28 2026

Woah, what's this album cover? Very Americana with the highway sign, not to mention the red eyed black owl. Cool stuff. Might just move it in my favorite album covers list! Act One: 4/5 Act Two: 4/5 Overall: 4/5, solid southern rock, very solid.

Ellington at Newport by Duke Ellington
Aug 29 2026

Little backstory: I wanted to listen to this album while on a plane in the air. So that got postponed by over 4 hours due to a delay in my flight... Worst airport experience ever. Anyway so I finally got on the plane and put this on. Wow listening to this while flying might have been my best idea ever. Especially at night. Looking down at cities' lights while the band is playing is one helluva experience, (then seeing distant lightning storms, crazy.) So overall... Pretty good! Pretty damn good! I'm not the biggest jazz listener but I gladly give this a solid 4/5.

Dummy by Portishead
Aug 31 2026

Oh yes! I listened to enough Massive Attack to be ready for this one, to finally listen to the entire album, not just Glory Box. And holy shit isn't this one of the most soothing albums I ever listened to! Damn I could fall asleep to this in an instant, in a good way!

It's A Shame About Ray by The Lemonheads
Sep 02 2026

Did I really have to listen to this before I die? I mean sure, Mrs. Robinson is a great song, and it has a few really good tracks. Sure it's a fun album, but pretty much that's it.

Grace by Jeff Buckley
Sep 03 2026

Now, I heard one day, that "if you don't cry to *Lover, You Should've Come Over*, you don't have a soul". Did I cry to *Lover, You Should've Come Over*? No, I did not. Did I cry at any part of the album? No, I did not. Did I enjoy listening through the entire album? Not all of it, because I was on a flight and I was fighting with some of the strongest cramps I ever felt in my life. (I'm alright now) Do I think I still have a soul tho? I sincerely hope I do. っ ̯ -。 Do I think that this album is very emotional, very well done, and it deserves the recognition it gets? Yes, I do. Absolutely do. Even if my first listen through was quite chaotic, I believe when I listen to this album for a second time, when I'm both mentally and physically in a calmer state, I will be able to enjoy it and maybe feel more emotional through it. Until then, this was an interesting experience.

Crappy pop rock

Ten by Pearl Jam
Sep 05 2026

I can barely understand the lyrics without reading them along, BUT I LOVE IT!

Antichrist Superstar by Marilyn Manson
Sep 06 2026

I like some of Marilyn Manson. This album tho... eh... could be better.

The Stooges by The Stooges
Sep 07 2026

I certainly wanna be a dog

Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere by Neil Young & Crazy Horse
Sep 08 2026

"Cinnamon Girl" was great opener and a good track, but it gave me a false promise about the rest of the album.

Out of Step by Minor Threat
Sep 10 2026

I love punk rock, and I hope punk rock loves me back. This is so generic that it cannot be bad. I love it!

Forever Changes by Love
Sep 11 2026

I guess? I really have no words besides, boring.

Gorillaz by Gorillaz
Sep 12 2026

Anyway, another first time, when it comes to listening through entire albums for the firs time... yay. Set the mood by driving a locomotive down a fictional virtual Russian railway... worked a bit. Now to the album itself, pretty mixed, some songs were great, others were boring... yeah.

Meat Puppets II by Meat Puppets
Sep 13 2026

Besides Lost and What To Do, this album was terrible.
