whoa what a ride! it's longer than your average album but boy i didn't want it to end <3
moving owt lol this has all the best billy joel song imo hence this is the best billy joel album for me (so far)
loved every song
loved every song
not my genre but head-bopping nonetheless
soothing and a bop
didnt stick much but i love all the female parts of the songs :)
i understand the aesthetics but not my cup of tea
"tell her satan satan satan" and i know i wont like this this is so confusing, is this even music, i dont think ill listen to this again hmmm the start of kuntz isnt that bad, kinda ethnic, what language is this but why does it have to do that in the middle i dont get it im still confused forgone loving, only pain bam bam bam there seem to be complicated riffs? im not literate enough to appreciate them tho. also i hate the dental instrument sounds thing end of 22 going on 30 - are those mooing cows???
a lot of bible references? master song and the stranger song i like the style and lyrics are very curious
it's okay... im sorry, nothing stuck
YAY BEACH BOYS
PERFECTION
chill and refreshing, nothing stuck tho but definitely will listen again
(5 stars) yasss country! and look at that album cover every song, im like, ok this one's my favorite aaaa it just keeps getting better and better!
i realized now that for me, bob dylan songs are nice to the ears but i need full concentration to make sense of things. will try to re-listen to these, giving 3 stars for now
when i channel my hate to productive, i dont find it hard to impress lol but sorry not for me, i said ill skim this and call it a day just a few seconds in you verbal masturbate??? actually the lyrics aint that bad and these are the kinds of songs na i can only listen to when i need to headbang (which is almost never hahahaha) ok finally, do we have a peaceful song [this love] ok at least it lasted 2:31 hahahaha
hands down one of the best albums ever made (also listened to the deluxe version, disc 2 contains a lot of good covers <3)
very rappy, i think kim will like this
i know ive heard this band before but i cant remember which song (checked one familiar song is Road to Nowhere pero i dont think this is the version that I know (verified, release the sunbird version yung alam ko)) 1st song - there seems to be 2 overlapping songs, i had to pause to make sure smth else is playing somewhere THERE. by listening to the album's radio, i found out that i knew them from This must be the place (THAT intro, i realized talkingheads usually has unique intros i like it)
we are tired of your abuse! try to stop us but it's no use! i thought this is gonna be another screamy rock thing but so far so good oops i zoned out, everything seems to be similar sounding haha im sorry for my uncultured ears Damaged i - WHAT IS HAPPENING, is he being doused with acid or smth
noooo dental pasta-like sounds staaaph there's this one song that i like and unlike the other songs, it has a female voice
uy french ooooh kantalogue en melody - WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE, escandalo also, im digging this album cover
aaaah aretha <3 im only familiar with one song, i need more listens for this to appreciate each but all songs are always a good background
sonic youth!!! but i like this less than i thought i would
1. it's an iceland band! 2. it's a bjork band! okii that's what i expected from the facts above. a little lower than expectations tho, maybe bc of daio/dayo?
oooh traditional, i like it
THE DOORS! YES THAT INTRO!
i think i've reached eargasm 15s in ok the next songs seem meh
i like this, sounds like a foreign rusty machines. album also has a good spotify radio.
is okay, nothing stuck except do you love me which is kinda familiar
[monkeys] i learned a word: bagsy [crocodiles] has that classic new wave beat, i love it napa-check ako if all of these have animal titles, nope only those two in general, this is not yet the echo and the bunnymen that i know (i say Songs to learn and sing is their peak, 5 years after this). It's getting there, 3 stars for now
err hip-hop-y. das not my genre. it's an okay background noise tho
i like this genre, the chill guitar strums and occasional harmonica <3
have i heard of them before? yes. have i listened to them before? voluntarily, no and i honestly didn't know what to expect. I thought they're just another old rock band but I 2 songs in and I can see why they have lots of fans. It's also surprising that this album only has 5 songs but 40ish mins pa rin. In general, this album is okay. I can see the aesthetics but I'm not captivated.
culture club! but hmmm i think i know why karma chameleon lang yung most famous... i generally liked the other songs tho, they're just not that remarkable
old school rap (probably one of the foundation), not my genre (even the modern ones) but i recognize why people would like this wait wait wait I actually ended up saving 3 songs, i like them a lot. I dunno why Slow Ride's intro sounds so familiar im sure ive heard it somewhere
wow, nice beats [The Color of the Fire] wtf creepy [aquarius] hahahaha i like this count thing, somehow relaxing kaso andun pa rin yung creepy laughing children ive also saved a bunch of songs that got my attention: wildlife analysis (strong first song) and roygbiv
i can understand why this man's a legend... those guitar riffs sound complicated. but not my cup of tea im sorry i may be too young and uncultured
i like them and was surprised na Don't Dream it's over guys nga pala to
only notable for me is the one eminem sampled im sorry
first song, the moment they sang, i'm in love <3 which is expected bc I say this is one of my genre and i can't believe I've never tried listening to them before (aaah right i know now why, they're not on spotify!). i like Sometimes best I think, When you sleep for lyrics and peak shoegazeness. Blowin a wish din pala. outro of what you want!
i enjoyed this
i like it
where did i hear blister in the sun? searched, prolly from Sex Education, Carrie Diaries or I, Tonya. This album is an absolute delight!
First, few songs... i like this. By this river played - OMG! 5 STARS!!! this so calming, im gonna cryyyyy lol also spider and i huhuhu is this a deaf anthem ang gandaaaa
moving owt lol this has all the best billy joel song imo hence this is the best billy joel album for me (so far)
grabe ang sad na relevant pa rin ngayon yung legalize it 2020-1976 (i cant do math) years later
i know some songs from this album but omg didn't know the whole album is THIS good!
jinudge ko sila by album cover but they turned out goooooood! WHY DO I KNOW THERE GOES THE FEAR! ohhhh 500 days!
I know of only one Bonnie Raitt song before this and I like this, she's a kween
first song is too loud, ace of spades lang naintindihan ko sa lyrics. the next ones, not too much, some has cool riffs too. i also kinda like that it's the live version. overall, this is a good rock album but this isn't really my genre.
not my fav album of theirs but my first thought abt this was: so... is this the reference for OK google? and then i searched, turned out they're both referencing HGttG how cool is that! and tru enough, there's a song here called paranoid android
oh oh oh im too excited for this!!! never have i ever clicked the spotify link and hit play this fast!
very chill, i like it.
i think ive unconsciously grew up listening to these songs bc of ninong ewang. like a lot are familiar even tho i haven't intentionally listened to them before this (aside from the famous ones ofc).
very angsty, journey-sounding
stuck in love introduced me to this. smth na doesnt stick but very chill, i like it.
whoa what a ride! it's longer than your average album but boy i didn't want it to end <3
this kinda blend with songs of its time, like i can listen to it but i can easily forget abt it
no lyrics, just love. but there is this educational monologue bit in The Word Hurricane, love that, ayaw ko lang nung ending bc it has the dental thing sound
i was skeptic at first, i kept on delaying listening to this bc 1. dance mania?? 2. what language is this? i was waiting for a time when im in ~that~ mood. but then as soon as it starts playing, im like YES! hahaha but im right, it's like those music used sa traditional dances in school. did i dance while listening to this? HELL YEA
YAS QUEEN! i've been expecting this here
ICONIC. Not my first time to listen to this and i looped it a few times now.
IM SO HAPPY THAT THIS IS HERE THERE ARE TEARS IN MY EYES RN HUHUHUHU i am sort of validated that i have good taste in music hahhahaha
aaaaaa walang tapon na song huhuhuhu ang gandaaa <3 altho i know some songs are covers (not sure if lahat! :O hahaha) but still they're good covers
i like it :)
4 stars
when i started the album, i couldn't go on. it's very hip-hop. gave it a 2nd chance by starting with killing me softly. now that wasn't so bad. and im surprised when one of em's like this is wyclef. true enough, it's wyclef jean lol that's a weird ending tho but i guess that's hiphop. i like fu-gee-la too especially the female parts
there's really smth about british male rockbands
I think my grandmother will disown me if i didn't like this haha but yea, this is good music and not my first time listening to this
they have other songs?! haha but yea this is very hiphop and album is so loooong
i see the aesthetic but im not the target market since most of my songs are rainbows and butterflies lol lyrics seem poetic tho
very elvis but clearer words (a bit) hahaha but u can just imagine you're on the dance floor in the 1960's, wearing 60's dress and hair teeming with hairspray then this came on. im sure it's a lot of fun.
dreaming of you gives me joy. other songs are mehh tho but generally love this genre
well of course this is here <3
3 stars
<3
good chill tunes, 3 stars
WHOA i love all of these
5 stars!
it's michael jackson, not a fan... 3 stars
sick riffs
hmmm ill give this a 3 lang, i think this is not one of their best albums
it's about time! very strong first song, perfect start. smth - i like this a lot T_T oh darling - <3 id like to be under the sea in an octopus's garden in the shade/with you - don't we all???? this song is very relatable and catchy and fun and everything u want a song to be sun king - italian???
not my genre, disc 1 lang nakayanan kong tapusin, every song seems the same im sorry
time got my attention, it sounds like a villain song
i love this
this is very nice <3 pet shop boys vibe but i guess bc ka-era
imm sorry, i know this album is very drag and gay culture but i didnt vibe with it
i like the general feel of this album and i know that this is classic and album cover is iconic. time is good
no songs stuck with me but this album cover tho, i wanna make this doll
I AM LOVING THIS. So-so start. But She says good morning, private sorrow, absolute bops! Guitar riffs are superb.
