"It's not that bad" - Ike I am in complete agreement with this assessment.
Uncertain what this vote scheme really is based on, but God damn if I don't love some American Idiot. Between that and Dookie, I suppose I am a Green Day fan.
When the inevitable happens and I must enter into gang warfare with 1 hour to prepare....this is the album I will be listening to. Deez nuts.
I suppose I didn't hate this, but having said that, I'm pretty certain I would be happy to never listen to this album again and wouldn't be opposed to never hearing a single one of these songs again.
Really enjoyed this. Not sure why I hadn't heard of this before. Happy to have "discovered".
Big fan of the smiths. Appreciate this title on day after queens death.
I always forget about The Boss, but I probably shouldn't. The music most of the time entertains me, and this was no exception.
Another group I wasn't hugely familiar with but really liked. Sort of reminded me of white stripes. Then the spotify Playlist after album was over played white stripes justifying my thought.
Nope. Not a fan. Don't know why. I regularly change station when Roundabout comes on.
This isn't even really my type of music and I have to respect it. Really great stuff.
Didn't think I liked Alice in Chains but apparently I do.
Not impressed at all.
I was fine with this. Wouldn't turn it off if it hit my shuffle, wouldn't actively seek it out. If I could give a half star I would at 2.5. It is exactly the middle for me.
Not my top 2Pac album but still good/great. Dude has been dead over 25 years. Wtf. I'm so old.
I feel as though there must have been at least one CIA officer in the early 2000s whose father was with the CIA back in the day and worked on MKUltra. Perhaps they got a little too involved and got high on their own supply. Anyways, they obviously told stories to their child about their crazy life back in the day, and they once mentioned that even at their highest they couldn't get into Trout Mask Replica as it was just "too fucking weird, man". Their child would file this info away and go about life. Until one day they found themselves in Guantanamo Bay looking for a way to break the prisoners will to live. And that is how this album came to be played on repeat at a small military outpost on the island of Cuba.
Decent but forgettable.
I wants to get funked up. I will listen to this album many more times in life.
I really don't care for this music style, but I suppose this was a decent version of it.
I didn't dislike this.
I dont like "techno" or whatever style this is best described as. I was somewhat surprised this was from early 90s, I thought the genre was more a late 90s thing. So props for being one of the originators (of something I dislike).
My favorite song was a cover song that was not as good as the original. Can't really tell why this album was on a list, but it wasn't bad per se.
Relatively enjoyable. First time listening to them
Some days I would give this a 4, some day a 2. 3 it is. I don't know how I feel about Elvis Costello, it is mood based.
Super chill. Really liked this.
I love this album.
Different, weird. Still enjoyable. Appreciate that their wiki entry referred to the genre as Krautrock.
Nice and chill
I dont get why this was highly regarded. It was fine but didn't seem extraordinary.
This was good shit.
French metal? Sign me up.
I really don't know why this got popular.
Damn. Did not expect this to be this good.
