Talking HeadsWow. This is truly terrible, like NO SHOT this is anything else than a 1. Genuinely no clue how anyone would ever rate this above 2, but I guess we are all different and that's the beauty of it...

I liked the chill vibes, and her vocals are pretty pleasant. Although the album does get a bit bland, it's still a positive experience.
Your opinion is not to be taken seriously if you rate this anything else than 1. Massive steaming pile of hot garbage this was. Absolutely no clue how it made it to this list. John Zorn level of musical criminal activity right here, absolutely disgusting. Truly a displeasure to listen to.
One hit wonder
John Zorn is a criminal for this, a massive musical terrorist unchained
Barmy is a banger, the rest are meh
A benevolent 3 for this one. Couple of better songs, couple of weirder ones...
Good for background music, but that's about it. At least it's not John Zorc
That was banging
"Sometimes maybe good, sometimes maybe shit." Very chaotic album, I expected more to be honest.
It's ok, but nothing extra
Bunch of garbage
just not very good, innit
Great tempo with mostly good beats, decent lyrics with some excellent bars. Finally some female representation as well. Overall a great album with some well-known bangers, although in exchange some of the songs are not that good. Still, this definitely feels like a breath of fresh air within the ocean of the generic shitty boomer ass punk/rock albums that this list provides. Well-deserving of a 4/5.
Big fan of Eminem, so I'm sorry to give this a 3🌟 ,but this album just ain't really it. It aged very badly, although it helps if you can somehow listen to it with a different mood treating it like it's a cartoon or something. The rhymes and the mind-blowing lyrics are there as always, but the songs are just not that great yet with the exception of a few.
Not bad, but nothing special besides the 2 obvious bangers.
A weirdly amazing, or amazingly weird piece. Really vibing with the melodies, but then he destroys my ears with the explicit harmonica. Same with the vocals and the lyrics... Sometimes they are great, then I get used to them, and then he just gets weird again. Feel like this deserves a 1 and a 5 at the same time lol
Couple of good hits, it's an alright album.
Really weird album with a bunch of different things, but overall I enjoyed a decent amount of it.
First two songs are standouts, the rest unfortunately gets worse, but it's still okay for a benevolent 3

There are some enjoyable elements, but overall it's meh
Not exactly my style, but it's actually quite decent.
The title song is a banger, but the rest of the album is meh
I actually liked some of it, as it's different to and I guess much better than a lot of shit that is on this list, and it was close to being a "ehh, it's okay for a 3/5", then starting with 'Mellow My Mind' the album just gets worse and worse. The vocals are overall not it, man... Also some songs ('Roll Another Number for example) are just flat out weird and not good. I get it that it's from a dark period of his life full of grief, but that still doesn't make it a better album musically.
I thought Bowie was supposed to be good
Some of it is decent, but there is a lot of shit here, boys
Pretty good actually, didn't think I'd enjoy this, but it took me to a magical place. Fuck it, benevolent 4

Not unlistenable, but it's quite bad. No idea how it made it into this list.
Not exactly my style, but it was kinda banging sometimes, just not consistently enough. Also it gets a bit more bland in the later stages + some weird stuff
VERY little to like here. Vocals are atrocious. Just about thanks to the sometimes decent instrumentals gets a 1.50 to make it an extremely benevolent 2
Alright. Could be better with a bit more consistency
Takes some time to get used to all of the shit you get with this rather energetic album. Some songs were quite banging, but some of them were kinda shit.
Pretty good, much better than some of the other 'background music' that has been on this list.
Two absolute bangers in 'Freedom! '90' and 'They Won't Go When I Go', and the rest are pretty good as well, although gets more bland. Great album overall, feels really underrated at 3.14 tbh
Very good lyrics, although there are some weird ass lines too lmao. Definitely one of the better country albums out there.
Actually pretty good. The instrumentals are great, giving nice funky vibes
Not terrible, but not really good either. Also way too fucking long even with skipping the duplicates.
I don't think soundtracks should be included in this list, but it is here, so I have to rate it. And boy is this a great fucking soundtrack! Grooving real hard, it makes me wanna watch the damn movie.
Pretty good chillout thingy
I really liked it, great vibes overall. As others pointed out, it's great not to only hear about guns and bitches in rap songs. Gets a bit repetitive, but the feats are great, and there are some serious bangers in here.
Some better songs, but overall this ain't it for me
Terrible
Absolutely amazing! So unexpected, but so good! Took me to a magical, spiritual place, sounds great, lovely and unique technique.
I was a bit hesitant to give this a 5, as for me it's very 50/50 between 4 and 5, but seeing the average level of this list, and the albums I gave 4 to, I feel like it would be quite unfair not to rate this a 5. Really feels like a timeless, all time classic, very good album.
Decent, couple of good songs, gets a bit bland in the middle
Just not very good...
Really bad
Not absolutely terrible, but veeery little to like here for me
Taking the fact that it's from 1968 into consideration, this was relatively enjoyable. It did get a bit bland and repetitive after a while, though. I was hesitating between 2 and 3, but I'll give this a benevolent 3 to average it out a bit, as my group is taking the piss with rating this a 1
I can see the appeal here, but it's just not for me. Lyrics are really fun and cheeky once you actually look them up, because otherwise understanding more than half of it feels impossible.
Started a bit weird, it was hard to get into this, but eventually with a second listen I did. Good journey, but musically it's sometimes very far from me. Still appreciatable.
Some bangers giving the core of this, and the rest are decent as well
This is really not my genre, but it was actually alright. Not outstanding I guess, but I had fun.
It's alright. Nice voice, I actually enjoyed that it was live, felt like I'm there with the crowd. The last song was pretty bad tho.
Some great bangers in here. It was quite fun, but it does get a bit too much after a while.
Beautiful voice, but the songs are just not good.
Quite inconsistent, just about nicks a 3
Started really well, first 2 songs are great, but after that it gets worse. I still don't really understand this insane Bowie hype after having listened to 2 of his albums
Overall I really liked it, although it did become a bit stale at parts, but I got the vibe checks, so I'm rating this high.
I still really enjoy Emmylou Harris' vocals, and I actually like country music more than I thought I did, but still not THAT much. She's got a few better songs on this album as well, but not quite cutting it as a higher rating. Again, it gets a bit bland.
Really weird album, I liked and disliked it at the same time. Straight in the middle with this one
I really enjoyed the first song, and the 2nd was alright as well, but after that, and especially from the second half of the album it just got worse and worse
It's okay. Didn't hate it, in fact it's kinda pleasant to listen to in the background, but there is absolutely nothing that stands out, no place for this in the best albums ever.
Standard rock album with nothing too outstanding, but it's still quite enjoyable.
Insanely boring album. I really hate this genre as well. Nothing outstanding whatsoever.
Not it for me bruv
Didn't like too much of it. There are some good songs, but I mean some shit is gonna stick from 28 fucking songs. Fuck off with this 2 hours bullshit
Decent chillout sesh
Very energetic, and quite enjoyable, but doesn't do more to warrant a higher rating
It's okay, nothing really outstanding, but kinda pleasant to listen to
Really enjoyable. Great energy, good funky vibes. Crazy that this is from the '50s.
4 with some goodwill. Lot of exciting unique sounds in this one, enjoyed most of the songs.
Solid little ballad album, the first song is a banger
What the hell happened at the end of this lol I can understand why it's included, it's quite unique, and not bad, but it doesn't do too much more than that for me.
I like this kind of music, but why the fuck is this on this list lmao
I actually enjoyed the first song, but the rest of this is pretty shit.
Had to give it a second listen, but I just gotta give it a 5. Almost every song is really good, with pretty much 3 all-time classics.
Started really badly, then got a bit better, but still not a lot to like here.
I was really entertained by this all time classic metal album, got a few absolute bangers. Although it's a bit lacking, so not an outright 5 for me, but looking at this list, I feel like I have to be benevolent in my "close to a 5" ratings and just hand those 5s out.
David Bowie continues to make a very advanced case for being one of the most overrated artists ever holy moly. He's on this list idk how many times, yet I haven't heard anything that would suggest him being here. What does he exactly do on this album? Repetitive instrumentals into mumbling some random words into repetitive instrumentals (those instrumentals are sometimes great btw, don't get me wrong) But what am I missing? Why is he such a household name? Still no fucking idea and I already heard like 4 Bowie-albums. The fact that if you listen to this with ignoring who the artist is, it's a mediocre album.
Didn't hate it, but nothing got me going here either
I mean it's not unpleasant, but nothing to really like here either. Also incredibly forgettable
