Not my cup of tea

Catchy, just not a fan of hip-hop.

Not for me. I find the delivery to be grating on my nerves.

Interesting. I liked a lot of it but some of it was a little repetitive. Very ethereal.

I enjoyed some of it but not enough of it to rate it higher. I like the slower emo tunes, not so much the 'rap-ier' ones.

I like the sound. Wouldn't buy it but wouldn't mind listening again.

I can see the appeal, I'm just not into New Wave.

My husband loves this album. I'm not a Jimi Hendrix fan so I'm rating it lower. My nerves don't like the kind of electric guitar Jimi plays but I understand that he's very good on the guitar.

I had never heard of Soft Machine and I like to try to have an open mind with music. This sounded like a cacophony to me, not the kind of jazz that I like.

Gotta love Rod Stewart and this was one of his best from that era. It was an 8-track tape you had to have.

I like Tom Waits. Fun to listen to. Not great for work listening though. Can't listen to his commentary in between the songs.

Another new artist for me. This was 'ok.' Doubt I would listen again. Nothing grabbed me about it.

Although I'm not a huge Johnny Cash fan, you've got to love this album. I love the under his breath comments he makes to the prisoners, you can tell he understands where they are.

I didn't realize how many of these songs I know. Enjoyed listening to this with the exception of one or two of the songs which were a little to cacophonous for me.

kd lang has a beautiful voice. This album was 'ok' not one of her best but I still like to hear her.

This isn't my usual style to listen to but I actually enjoyed it quite a bit. This surprises me. Interesting combination of styles of music and it makes sense that it's '90s, sounds like it.

Ummm, actually liked this better than I thought I would. I doubt I would ever listen to it again, not a fan of electronic pop, but it didn't run me out of the room like some bands. I was impressed by the quality of the sound, very rich.

I'd never listened to Goldie before. I like the ethereal parts of this artist. Didn't like the heavy beat of one or two of the songs, but overall, nice.

Discordant sounds. Grungy, punky. Every Breath You Take & Wrapped Around Your Finger are good ones. Mostly disliked the first part of the album, liked the rest.

Nope. Punk is not for me. I just don't get the interest. But that's me, I'm not the right generation for this music. Tried to listen to the whole thing, but, no.

Great album! It isn't often you like an entire record but that applies in this case. Great lyrics, great tunes.

Never been a big fan of The Who. I liked Tommy and some of their bigger hits. This album had a couple songs I knew and liked but the album overall didn't grab me.

It's 'ok'

Hmmm. I almost didn't listen to this one. I'm 68. Wu-Tang Clan? But I actually liked it better than I thought I would. I don't like the lyrics or the violence but the sound and the beat were both good. I was bobbing my head, so, yeah, ok.

Once again, not my preferred style. Sounded off-key and grating but I think that's the point.

One of my all time favorites. This was the soundtrack to my high school days. Still own the vinyl from back then.

Great album. A lot of these songs I love but didn't realize were Derek & The Dominos.

Not a fan of metal

Not bad but not my preference in music. But not annoying either.

A lot of the songs just sound the same. I didn't listen closely enough to the lyrics which likely would have affected my view of the album. As it is, I like the sound, couldn't listen to a lot of it at once though.
