Who Killed...... The Zutons?
The ZutonsFun art rock. A little rockabiliy. Pleasent enough but I'm sure I'll forget I ever listened to this album or the name of the band.

Starts off strong and immediately drops off a cliff. Can tell which songs the band likes to play and which were written for the audience. I've heard better versions of Proud Mary *cringe*. Overall inoffensive but I'm not going back to it.
Cannot help but move my body. Excellent production quality and arrangements.
A terrific album, but not something I go to often.
This is excellent. How have I not heard of him before?
It's all perfectly fine maximalist pop, but it's also boring. The longer it goes the more boring it is. Turns out the hit song on this album is the one that tried my patience the most.
Starting a record with a bit of self-indulgent noodling on the guitar is certainly a choice. Queen really wrote hit songs, and then a bunch of unremarkable junk. They're only not a one-hit wonder because they were so prolific. She Makes Me was my favorite.
Early album, but still the Cure sound.
Every R&B artist today is trying to make this album
A classic hip hop album that's groundbreaking and still kicks ass. But also way more problematic than you remember.
Just a bunch of really great songs
Incredible. First 5 star album I've gotten.
Hate it.
Pretty generic electronic music.
Chamber music. Showtunes-y. Gets boring after a while.
Excellent all the way through.
Solid Chicago hip hop
Another guy who sounds like John Lennon. A bit meh.
Self indulgent and horny.
Fun chamber rock pop
Excellent arrangements and song structures. Textured and layered sounds. Really lovely listen. Very short album.
One of the best bath rock bands to ever do it. High energy, discordant chords, rock and roll belting.
Ehhhh. It's ok music, but the vocals just get under my skin.

Excellent song writing. Some folk, some southern rock, some prog rock, some pop.
Really well written and produced pop rock
The sound that spawned so many twee soundtracks.
Love this album so much. Really intricate, but poppy new wave.
This is some really stellar psych-rock.
some proto-pop punk. Liked it
It's a concept album about a frog? Decent progressive rock that jams. And flute.
Banger album. A top tier echelon 2000s indie rock album.
Americana and I don't like this particular type. A bit like Chris Issak.
I thought R.E.M. was a later '80s-'90s band. Seems ahead of its time in '83. Super influential sound. A transition from the pop of the 70s to the grunge of the 80s.
