The first song and a few of the early songs were good, but I immediately got bored with them. The album started sounding like a bunch of generic 80s music I am tired of hearing. It could be a me-thing because I am so fatigued with 80s music.
I liked it more than the previous album. It was something I had never listened to before or that much of. It was a nice change. I liked how the music focused more on the instruments than the singing. 4/5
I enjoyed this album. I have heard of Björk before, but I have never really listened to her music until now. I liked the funk, alternative, and electronic sound. Judging by the title, I believe this was her first album. What a strong start!

Prince is one of the few 1980s musicians that actually stands out and isn’t overrated. I never really knew how long the songs were, but I still enjoyed them. I did not like this one. First, I think Janet has a good voice, and the beats are good. However, the first problem is with the beats because they all sound alike. Also, the interludes make me dislike the album even more. They are very preachy and make Janet seem out of touch, especially as a celebrity who was pretty much born into the industry. I still think her brother Michael is a better musician.
