Music that would play in a coffee shop. Not bad, but more soft relaxing background noise. My listening experience wasn’t the best cause I kept pausing and starting, but this was never going to be THE album for me. So, I give it 2.5 stars. Nice calming music, but all blended together and nothing stood out to me.

Yeah I see why this guy is pretty synonymous with the electric guitar. He’s killing that shit I like electric guitar but I found it kinda exhausting to listen to 1hr 15 of just electric guitar. I think if I listened to some songs in isolation I would like them a lot. Probably a 2.5 star rating for me again guitar go brrr. I liked a lot of it but agree over an hour of it is a lot. Good tunes though im thinking more a 3-4 star

First impressions: album art goes hard, first song a banger. First half is so good but all edm has to have absolute rotten stinkers, second half is not that great Lots of the songs have repetitive non instrument sounds but they don’t annoy me and are good unlike most edm that does that. Probably a 3/5 for me, started so much better but turned bad. First two songs are so good. Deserves to be in a 2000s family movie <3 The third song should be on a YouTube video that’s of relaxing backgrounds or the different animation clips (the ones you show me) Body rock is soo 2000s baggy clothes skateboarding music When do you think the bad turn starts cause I’ve hit my first I don’t like this song (Machete) - Yep bad from there

Dr Suess meets barbershop quartet ass music. Thank god thats over Fuckers said beep beep beep beep yeah and women would throw their panties at them. What a snorefest. I only really liked I’m Looking Through You but I’ll never play it ever again so what’s the point.

Raaaahhhh I love soul and jazz!!!! Waiter oh waiter! More soul and jazz please!! Hell yeah. Makes up for yesterdays album. Good mix of Jazz sould and R&B.

Really good album, no songs I didn't like and there was a lot of variety in each song that kept it interesting the whole way through. Just a lot of fun the whole way through and good music for the gym. Might be my first 5? Fav song: Dark of the Matinee It was pretty good, some banging songs. Still only 4 stars for me tho! Fave songs: Dark of the Matinee and Come on Home

Some absolute classics and bangers on this album. A great time from start to finish! Really good album, some songs blended in a little but I'm not complaining. fav song: a change is gonna come

I like the sound of this album a lot. First song is really good and so is Living in Denial and Solid Ground. Kinda a banger of an album. I definitely will listen again in the future, I really liked it. I agree, not sure what genre this even is but it is really fun to listen to with heaps of variety and all the songs flow into each other really nicely. My top album so far. Only song I have heard before is hero, but my favourite was Living in Denial with Lights a close second. Hard to choose they are all really good, especially together as an album. Definitely checking out his other stuff after this. - surely 5 stars?

I like the sound of this album a lot. It was nice listening music while I studied. But because it was background listening and I wasn't paying much attention, I don't know which songs were which. Still, I think I would listen again because it was a cool vibe! Nice mellow background music with the occasional funk to spice things up. Wasn't too memorable but had enough variety to not get bored. Not a fan of the occasional experimental sounds or the 13 minute end song. Fav song: sweet thang - different sound to the rest but the same kind of vibe. Probably 3/5

This album was kinda eh for me. Not bad but nothing too exciting. Favourite song is Vienna but I did know that song prior. 2-3 stars for me Very meh, had to get through the bullshit (Italian Restaurant) to reach the good stuff (Vienna). He has a good voice though.

My first vinyl and a classic album full of great songs. ‘39 and seaside rendezvous are my favourites! 5 stars for me!! A lot of good variety and a good flow between songs the whole time, ending really strong. Fav song: Bohemian Rhapsody but seaside rendezvous was a close second and a lot of solid other songs

More bands should document their messy relationships and make sick ass music rather than just breaking up. So much more fun. Anyway my favourites are Dreams and The Chain. Bit basic but they’re popular for a reason!! My favs as well! Really good album to listen to the whole way through. Sadly Go Your Own Way has still been ruined for me from that one ad. Still a fun listen

Is this worse than the Beatles? This was a horrible experience made especially worse by the spoken word vocals, wish I could give this 0 stars. Can't do it sorry, just not for me.

A nice jazz album. I don’t really have a favourite song but I also don’t have any complaints. 3 stars for me A nice album for the background, didn't really move me but i don't know much about jazz.

This one wasn’t really for me, which sucks cause it seems like it should be up my ally. 2 stars. Was a fun/goofy and kind of unhinged album, very energetic but the drugs this guy was obviously on made him a bit too weirdly sexual. There was just not enough variance for me to want to listen again but was a good experience. Leaning more towards a 3

It’s fine. Green day is pretty average for me. Like don’t get me wrong they have some banging songs but they tend to sound the same. Still, some good songs on here. I liked burn out, when I come around, basket case, and having a blast. 3 stars Songs are very samey which brings it down but there are a few good ones in there. Could listen to it any time though, theres nothing in there that i dislike. Not a fan of the mixing, would like to head the vocals a bit more.

This album is so nostalgic for me. Makes me think of my dad. I really like Starlight and Assassin but shout out to Knights of Cydonia. 4 stars easily. Really good flow between songs and wasnt once boring.

Those bongos sure are bongoling. Bro i fucking love trumpets. This album slaps. Some songs did not hit but it was much more enjoyable than I thought it would be! For me it was a good background album. Some cover songs were fun to hear the bongo version, but some just didn’t hit at all, first half was a bit slow but picked up a lot toward the end.

Wasnt for me

Pretty enjoyable album! Very smooth and he has such a nice voice. Yeah it’s horny but it’s jazz so makes sense This man is down bad but he can damn well sing. Pretty enjoyable although every song felt kind of like the same thing but he put his all into every one

The blues had a baby and they named it rock and roll easily best song name and song

Hey we’re the Monkees we’re like the Beatles but if they were Monkees Same shit different band. There is no innovation in the beatles-like genre

The more I listen to Elvis the more I go eh at his stuff. I like some of the big hits but the rest I find is just fine.

First real intro into Phil Collins/Genesis, was a good and fun listen but not something I would put on again. Songs are too long to put on a playlist too. I like it when an album has a theme, this one did wash over me a bit but still had some enjoyable songs. It was no invisible touch

I like the variety this album offers but it felt a little all over the place. I do not care for their attempt at the blues, it does nothing for me and does not hit like other blues artists/albums. I also can’t stand the song “You Can’t Always Get What You Want” due to my mother rage baiting/singing it to us as kids when we wanted something (and obviously couldn’t have it). Favourite song was Gimme Shelter. There really is only one good song (gimme shelter) everything else was just alright, kind of blended into the background

Never heard of these guys before but I really liked their sound. 17 year old me would’ve loved this album. This was also so pleasant to listen to compared to some of the STINKERS we’ve gotten recently. Favourite song is April skies. I will probably revisit this one in the future The instrumental on the first song sounds like "its a quarter after one, I'm all alone and I need you now". April Skies was also my favourite. Definitely an album I would listen to again and was refreshing after a bunch of bad ones

It was fine. I liked the first song best. 2 stars I did not like 9 minutes of talking in an 18 minute song. Also end of first song ruined it for me. Still better than every one star I have rated, 2 stars as well

Was a fun album to listen to, felt like an intentional flow between songs to be listened to as a complete album. Not sure if it just caught me at a good time but the more raw garage band sound was really enjoyable. Only one song was too grating for me (Aluminium) and actually ruined the experience a bit but a good variety otherwise to keep it fresh. Fav song was "We're going to be friends". It's not as Iconic as Elephant but still really good, Probably 4 stars I liked this album a fair bit actually. There were a lot of songs I enjoyed which included Dead Leaves and the Dirty Ground, Fell In Love With a Girl, We're Going to Be Friends, and Now Mary. I would not be mad if this album came on again in the future but I am not sure how often I will revisit it. 4 stars. Oh also, I never knew We're Going to Be Friends was by this band. Crazy stuff to find out.

All have very seamless transitions which I like. You can also tell they were experimenting with sounds and instruments which is really fun. I liked The Fairy Feller's Master Stroke, The March Of The Black Queen, and Seven Seas Of Rhye. Another very intentional album listening experience, was a great time throughout although might be considered too tied together. I probably wouldn't listen to any of these songs on their own but would def listen to the album again. There wasn't anything I didn't like either. Fav song: either Ogre Battle or March of the Black Queen. 4 stars for me

I understand that Trent Reznor is a musical genius but I just cannot get into NIN. This album especially is just too abrasive and experimental. I know it’s the theme and the point of the album but I still don't get why you would want to intentionally make something sound so grating to the ears. Some songs are good but there is too much shit. Whatever 'industrial music' is I do not like it. I have heard that it takes a few listens to really get into but I dont want to put myself through that, maybe some songs could be for the gym. Fav songs: Hurt and Mr. Self Destruct I agree but to a lesser extent. I don’t think it was grating, it just wasn’t for me. I can see why people do like this band tho! I liked Hurt and Big Man With A Gun

Not bad, I don't really mind their stuff actually I just don't know if I would listen to their albums that often. I do like listening to a single song every now and then cause yeah I like their sound I just think it feels a bit samsey in an album. I liked Police and Thieves! Felt samesy for me but some of it was a vibe. Not angry enough for me though. would not listen again, was just average. fav song: Janie Jones

I like the sound of this one! Fun instruments and a nice upbeat melody on the songs! I get why the keywords say Vibe because it is a nice time A really fun listen and good variety across songs. Definitely a good vibe and would listen again. Fav song: El Cuarto De Tula, love the rolling R's. Only one song got a bit annoying but I can't even remember which. Probably 3 stars

oooohhh they are Blister In The Sun guys,,, ok i'm with it now. Add It Up and Gone Daddy Gone were my favs. The xylophone in GDG was so so good. But I also liked Ugly and Blister In The Sun. I ended up enjoying this a lot, it's not that different to some of the stuff I already listen to. Some songs were very eh but overall I really liked the album. 4 stars for me. The acoustic guitar and vocals were teetering on the edge of annoying for me, half the songs were just bad but a few good gems in there. Wouldnt listen agaain though. Fav song: gone daddy gone 2 stars

A WOMAN!!!!! ITS BEEN SO FUCKING LONG SINCE WE’VE HAD A WOMAN IM SO HAPPY I like Show Some Respect, Better Be Good To Me and Whats Love Got To Do With It (obv). I also think the instruments all sound really really good! Probably 3 stars An extremely 80s album but i love that sound. Very good vocals and no bad songs, only one got a bit repetitive. Fav song: whats love got to do with it

A very similar experience to Play by Moby, I really enjoyed the start and thought maybe I could get into more electronic music, but then it dropped off hard, North American Scum was the worst song by far and made me consciously notice the repetitiveness of every subsequent song. I liked the genre mix of Indie and electronic, felt fresh and new. Too many stinky songs for me to listen to the album again but definitely adding some to my playlist. Fav song: All my Friends. Probably a 2 or 3 I mostly agree with your review but man I either was not in the mood or I just did not like it. I did like someone great and all my friends (but I have heard that one before).

Can’t really judge based on two songs on Spotify but I didn’t like the first song but the second was fine. Still 1 star probs Had to listen to the bootleg version with covers and missing songs but was quite enjoyable, a very good vibe and felt like 2000s rap in a few songs. Phil Collins sounding ass I thought it was about to go crazy from the first 15 seconds but oh boy was i disappointed. It was alright. Nothing i hated, nothing i liked

Good album for the gym. Not a fan of heavy metal but there was nothing I didn't like. It was good listening and obviously hugely influential. The instruments went crazy, so epic. I liked it, no songs really stood out like crazy but I really enjoyed my listening. 4 stars

Finally, some good fucking food! Aretha Franklin is so good, I mean she’s called the Queen of Soul for a reason holy shit. I liked the whole album but money won’t change you and (you make me feel like) a natural woman were both standouts.

This was fun but it was also a lot. I think I would’ve enjoyed the songs more if they were isolated but because it’s a longer album I found it to be a bit exhausting. I felt the same way, fun listen but would not do it again, maybe just one song or two. Fav song: Mountain dew or battle march medley

I don’t mind heavy metal music, but it does tend to sound very samesy to me. But I liked the sound of this one. I still am not enough of a metal head to really diverge it from other artists in the genre but I enjoyed the instruments in this album as well as the general sound. 3 stars I just can't get into heavy metal, the vocals are too grating and end up sounding cringey. Backing tracks were great though, would like the instrumental version a lot more. Songs had a really good flow between them too, not a fan of the end song though. 3 star as well

I think Michael Jackson is alright. I don’t mind his stuff, I think he has a really good voice, but I wouldn’t really put his stuff on myself. Still, this album was alright. I liked the first two songs but I also knew those ones already.

I really enjoyed this soundtrack, I think it created an interesting atmosphere. Haven’t seen the movie but I imagine it’s a surreal film. More movie scores and soundtracks should be on this list! A very nice flowing album that works well on its own outside of being a film score. Good cinematic background music too, makes me want to watch the movie! 3/4 stars

First two songs are so good. Really good jazz album. This was a really good album to listen to, my only problem with jazz is that most of it sounds the same and I can't tell the difference between two good artists. Still a lot of fun to listen to and would listen again.

This album was the hardest decision yet. It was very middle of the road, I think its just music that's not for me. She sounds good and there's nothing wrong with the music, I just can't get into it.

I really enjoyed this, it was very chill and fun. I already knew (and really enjoyed) This Is The Day and Uncertain Smile but I also liked That Sinking Feeling. A decent album to listen to, obviously very influential for rap but a lot of the songs were just okay, only a few standouts. Would listen again but not for a while. But was also very apparent the style and fun that was put into it as well

You can't make me listen to the Beatles again I refuse. This album was far better than the other one but all the songs were just average other than Eleanor rigby. Still one song doesn't redeem it.

This is awesome! Love the sound and I know people said the singers voice sounds whiny but I like what it adds to the music! Good stuff! Whiny is part of it and its not like it sounds bad, it makes the music unique. I had a good time with this one

Hell yeah!!! I love grunge rock!! Perfect album to drink 8 beers with! Really good album, I am probably biased from hearing these songs on Tony hawk games but every track is iconic and played together is a great time that ends in a horrible car crash that is the shitty last song.
