Let's Stay Together by Al Green
Jan 04 2026

Shit made me smile. Silky vocals and full of soul

Hounds Of Love by Kate Bush
Jan 05 2026

This album gets too cursed for me. It starts off really good and then it just gets too experimental for my liking. Burst out laughing at jig of life

Raw Power by The Stooges
Jan 06 2026

they punk rocked out before punk rocking out was a thing

Horses by Patti Smith
Jan 07 2026

Liked most of this it’s just a shame the bits I didn’t like i really didn’t like. (Namely- bird land)!

Nevermind by Nirvana
Jan 10 2026

Need I explain

Fishscale by Ghostface Killah
Jan 11 2026

So close to a 5/5. Perfect old school vibe, lyrically excellent and no misses. Even got a bath and body work reference for Lucy 😂

Logical Progression by LTJ Bukem
Jan 12 2026

Couldn’t even finish this geometry dash nonsense

GREY Area by Little Simz
Jan 14 2026

Got some crazy flows, few great songs, few a little meh all in all very good

Iron Maiden by Iron Maiden
Jan 15 2026

I got 2 tickets to Iron Maiden baby, come with me Friday don’t say maybe. As far as debut albums go 👏🏼

To Pimp A Butterfly by Kendrick Lamar
Jan 16 2026

Always a good day when I get an excuse to relisten to this

Dummy by Portishead
Jan 17 2026

As Sam said, glory box is a fantastic song and I also really enjoyed mysterons but I found everything else in between a bit too similar, not that i disliked, there was just something

The White Album by Beatles
Jan 18 2026

This comes in at 3rd in my ranking of Beatles albums, it’s still brilliant it almost feels like listening to a greatest hits album. It’s REALLY long though. I did find disk 2 to be slightly worse than disk 1 which is a shame because If disk 1 was released as an album on its own this would be a sure fire 5

Document by R.E.M.
Jan 19 2026

This is fine at best, saved by a few decent tracks

Pornography by The Cure
Jan 20 2026

This is ok I much prefer some of the stuff that the cure went on to do

Pacific Ocean Blue by Dennis Wilson
Jan 22 2026

Really like this. 2 hours though 2 HOURS

All Directions by The Temptations
Jan 23 2026

This is fine, It is an easy listen and I enjoyed, haven’t much more to say

Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness by The Smashing Pumpkins
Jan 24 2026

Usually don’t like double albums as much because there is often a lot of filler. I didn’t feel this with this one, brilliant

I’m a Lonesome Fugitive by Merle Haggard
Jan 25 2026

Hugo Duncan the album. Can’t lie listened to this walking through Tesco and I did have a bounce in my step 😂

Rumours by Fleetwood Mac
Jan 27 2026

Great album filled with classics. Excellent stuff

Paul Simon by Paul Simon
Jan 29 2026

Not overly listened to Paul Simon before this and this was much better than I expected. I always find it funny when someone self names an album that’s not a band. Imagine an album called Michael Colhoun 😂

Elvis Presley by Elvis Presley
Feb 01 2026

Shits influential af

Dry by PJ Harvey
Feb 04 2026

Such a distinctive sound, might be being harsh. I’m excited for more of her stuff in this

Feb 05 2026

Some great songs but it hasn’t aged quite as well as I remember

Good Old Boys by Randy Newman
Feb 06 2026

This man went on to do some legendary soundtracks and as a film lover always appreciate that. This was only ok though. Him and nepenthez the only 2 who have escaped uncancelled for their symbolic use of a certain derogatory word.

You Are The Quarry by Morrissey
Feb 08 2026

One of the great voices of music. This is the best Morissey produced post smiths by a stretch there’s no bad songs on this album. Fantastic

Swordfishtrombones by Tom Waits
Feb 09 2026

Wasn’t overly for me sadly. Really liked in the neighborhood though it was excellent

The College Dropout by Kanye West
Feb 10 2026

Brilliant debut album and one of Kanyes best. Used to love this when I was like 16

Franz Ferdinand by Franz Ferdinand
Feb 11 2026

Love some the tracks off this album. Unfortunately it’s got more misses than I remember. Still very good

Abattoir Blues / The Lyre of Orpheus by Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds
Feb 14 2026

Now that’s how you do a double album, uses the two halves to perfectly contrast each other to create a blend that feels both explosive and intimate at the same time

Technique by New Order
Feb 15 2026

After the first track I thought I was going to hate this and was getting a house album (not hugely my thing). Instead it really turned itself around into a fun listen that had me moving my shoulders

Skylarking by XTC
Feb 16 2026

The most Beatles sounding non Beatles album I’ve ever heard but hey I’m not complaining I like it

Odessey And Oracle by The Zombies
Feb 17 2026

I take it back this is even more Beatles than skylarking. Enjoyed it more too so maybe there’s some correlation there

The Healer by John Lee Hooker
Feb 18 2026

Liked the bluesy vibe, just sort of whatever

Feb 19 2026

I actually had a good time with this album and would have given it a 4 but I’m docking an entire point for the title track trauma I have from GCSE music

Surf's Up by The Beach Boys
Feb 20 2026

Really good stuff

Queen II by Queen
Feb 21 2026

Unfortunately I’m just not a huge Queen fan. This is still pretty decent though

Juju by Siouxsie And The Banshees
Feb 22 2026

I was listening to this during work and I literally felt myself check out for easily 3 songs of the album which I don’t know if that is my fault or the music…. I’m gonna blame the music.

First Band On The Moon by The Cardigans
Feb 23 2026

I really liked this, super cosy vibe and such a soft and sweet voice.

What's Going On by Marvin Gaye
Feb 24 2026

A truly amazing album start to finish

Dire Straits by Dire Straits
Feb 25 2026

Great album that I have never listened to start to finish but have heard majority of the songs many times when I went through a big dire straits phase about 3 years. I bet that version of me would have rated this even higher 😂

Safe As Milk by Captain Beefheart & His Magic Band
Feb 26 2026

Some of the vocals really pissed me off

Live At Leeds by The Who
Feb 27 2026

I’m sure this would have been great to be at. Unfortunately I’m not I’m listening to it while plowing through spreadsheets so that’s gonna dent it a bit.

Ace of Spades by Motörhead
Mar 01 2026

BOW DOWN TO THE BOW DOWN TO THE KING all I can hear when I listen to Motörhead is triple H and with the current state of WWE, that annoys me ask me again in 6 months and this may get boosted

Sea Change by Beck
Mar 02 2026

I feel like when I listened to this I wasn’t in mood that this wants me to be in, and I still really liked it so this is great

Parsley, Sage, Rosemary And Thyme by Simon & Garfunkel
Mar 03 2026

Listened to this during a walk and never once didn’t like what I was hearing, slightly un memorable but still very good

Vulnicura by Björk
Mar 05 2026

This album doesn’t appeal to me in the slightest. It’s vocally infuriating and I just don’t understand the appeal at all. There is the most beautiful string quartet in the first song though which I’ve thrown an extra half star on for

At Mister Kelly's by Sarah Vaughan
Mar 06 2026

Oh to be at mister Kelly’s in 1958 listening to Sarah Vaughan’s soothing voice play jazz while I drink a whiskey sour for 50 cents

Rio by Duran Duran
Mar 07 2026

Certainly a classic, great album

Phaedra by Tangerine Dream
Mar 08 2026

Fuck off

Doolittle by Pixies
Mar 09 2026

Some of this is really good but some of it needed to Doolittle more

Mar 10 2026

The Joshua tree is a great album with minimal low points and some excellent tunes. Slightly top heavy on the front side of the album

Dub Housing by Pere Ubu
Mar 11 2026

- If this was performed in my city I’d go on holiday -If this was performed in my local I’d ban myself permanently -If this was performed in my house, they can have it by squatters rights because I’ll never be back

Devotional Songs by Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan
Mar 12 2026

I’m not going to pretend I listened to all of this because life is short and I value it just about enough to cut this one short. Sorry not sorry

Rapture by Anita Baker
Mar 13 2026

When done right jazzy soul like this is hard to beat and this is defintely done right

Mar 14 2026

There’s some decent songs in this I’ve just always found queen meh and this is no different

Scum by Napalm Death
Mar 15 2026

I always said music was subjective until I heard this. Because if you seriously can tell me this sounds good, there’s multiple screws missing from your brain, SHITE

The Nightfly by Donald Fagen
Mar 16 2026

Great cheesy vibe, unfortunately it’s not massively memorable

Pearl by Janis Joplin
Mar 17 2026

Vocally superb and it has some really great tracks on here especially cry baby and her rendition of me and Bobby McGee. Crazy that Mercedes Benz was recorded in one take 3 days before her death

Scream, Dracula, Scream by Rocket From The Crypt
Mar 18 2026

This is ok, wasn’t traditionally bad but I have very little to say about it

Djam Leelii by Baaba Maal
Mar 19 2026

Genuinely will likely finish with 40/50 albums below it by the end, that’s not a compliment to this, it’s how horrid some of them have been

Mar 20 2026

Wu-Tang Clan Ain’t Nuthin ta F’ wit So fucking good, da mystery of chessboxin’ up there with my favourite rap songs of all time

Graceland by Paul Simon
Mar 21 2026

Paul Simon is great and this might slightly edge the self titled album which was his first work I listened to but both are really very enjoyable

Planet Rock: The Album by Afrika Bambaataa
Mar 22 2026

The beats are funky and it’s a pretty fun vibe but I can’t pretend it doesn’t sound like a “how to rap 101” introductory video, some horrendous lyricism. Still pretty fun though

Immigrés by Youssou N'Dour
Mar 23 2026

This is fine I didn’t dislike it but this could have been half the length
