The Downward Spiral by Nine Inch Nails
May 27 2026

This hurts my ears maybe heavy metal/punk rock/whatever genre this is isn't for me. Then again the target demographic is like mid 40s white guys and lesbian teenagers so... Solid 2 not for me

May 28 2026

I don't understand anything but it also sounds gas so who cares, its getting a relisten later for sure. It kinda drags at the end but the first half easily makes up for it. Killer Queen is definitely going in my playlist. I haven't really listened to that much Queen, and I can't wait to see how they develop after this.

Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers by Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers
May 29 2026

I mean there are a couple of songs I like, but I feel like this is too, I don't know how to put it, hipster for me. It's probably not for me, I'm too young, but it is listenable at least

Doolittle by Pixies
May 30 2026

These uncs in their mid 40s complaining about trap and mumble rap while listening to this. Some songs do go hard though. Favorite Songs: Hear Comes your Man, Monkey Gone to Heaven, La La Love You.

Heroes by David Bowie
May 31 2026
Parallel Lines by Blondie
Jun 01 2026

I did not expect to like this as much as I did. I'm not sure whatever genre this is but I want more of it

Green River by Creedence Clearwater Revival
Jun 03 2026

I don't like country

Dirt by Alice In Chains
Jun 04 2026

Not as bad as I thought it would be judging from the cover

2112 by Rush
Jun 05 2026

I don't get it but it sounds cool I guess. I feel like I've heard it from ready player one or something? It's an interesting concept but not one I'm like fully into. Also fuck Ayn Rand

Sea Change by Beck
Jun 06 2026

Good but way to dragged out. Would be a 4 if it was shorter

Jun 07 2026

Why is it so damn long. Also it's just kinda boring you know, but at the same time so noisy. Maybe I want something without a guitar for once.

I See You by The xx
Jun 08 2026

Does an album need to be perfect to get a 5? Because while this album is pretty dragged out in my opinion, it's still an amazing indie rock/indie pop record. Like I'm not sure what else to say, I think this is going to be a relisten for me in the near future

Ready To Die by The Notorious B.I.G.
Jun 09 2026

Even diddy's ad libs can't ruin this album. Still what is that interlude. What is that ending to Respect as well.

Bad Company by Bad Company
Jun 10 2026

It's like blues and country but it's... good???

Being There by Wilco
Jun 15 2026

It gives the vibes of a high school student in a Midwestern suburbs in the 2000s. A bit of melancholy, a bit of innocence and regret, and it has a certain charm that I can't describe. And that's why I love this. I did not expect me to like it, but I want to check out this band's other projects

Parklife by Blur
Jun 16 2026

Just a fun little rock album with no skips. Nothing much else to say

Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness by The Smashing Pumpkins
Jun 17 2026

This has some of the highest highs in any of the projects I've listened to this far, I love Thirty-Three so much. But... it's also two hours long and drags in a lot of places, unfortunately. Still, I get the hype and understand why so many people love this

Jun 18 2026

An album so bad the ad breaks were a relief for me. Everything about this album is bad, the flow of the rapper is bad, the features sound like they were rapped by a five year old, the beats are garbage truck noises, there are literally zero redeemable qualities to this album. And the lyrics, oh the lyrics. Like I could freestyle better than this guy can rap, and I don't even know what to say about the actual content, it's like he tries to make a concept album but he has no concept other than being a broke British boy. Never pass the English the aux if this is what they put out. And the accent, while I know he can't control it, becomes grating after listening to it for an hour. How did this get on the list, how do critics actually like this. I genuinely can't comprehend how somebody can think this is good when it's just a bunch of nonsense. If this is underground music then we should keep it there

The Specials by The Specials
Jun 19 2026

I'm not sure if I can properly rate this as this is my first ska album and I've never really listened to anything like it but it's pretty interesting and there are some songs I like.

The Clash by The Clash
Jun 20 2026

it's just like mid rock. Kinda disappointing...

Physical Graffiti by Led Zeppelin
Jun 23 2026

An hour and a half of really good rock, but it's just not for me

Slipknot by Slipknot
Jun 24 2026

I mean... at least the drummer is really good

Phrenology by The Roots
Jun 25 2026

I think having some conscious jazzy rap is just a nice breath of fresh air

Lost Souls by Doves
Jun 26 2026

just a nice little rock album. It sounds pretty good, and the vocals don't overshadow the instrumentals

The Low End Theory by A Tribe Called Quest
Jun 27 2026

When people say they miss 90s hip hop, they mean this album

Sign 'O' The Times by Prince
Jun 28 2026

Side B is way better but this is still a pretty good album. I do feel like Prince can do a lot better though

Is This It by The Strokes
Jun 29 2026

Sometimes you listen to an album and are surprised by how much you like it. That is this album for me. It's basically the ideal rock album

Dummy by Portishead
Jun 30 2026

It's such a vibe album

Gris Gris by Dr. John
Jul 01 2026

I feel like I'm too sober for this album because this is barely listenable.

Rock Bottom by Robert Wyatt
Jul 02 2026

British people should be banned from making fusion rock

Jul 03 2026

It's really just not doing anything particularly special. It's simply forgettable

Who's Next by The Who
Jul 04 2026

Solid rock album with a lot of hits, but I do feel like it is kind of carried by Barbara O'Riley

Disraeli Gears by Cream
Jul 05 2026

Sometimes I don't want to listen to folk rock

Jul 06 2026

Feels like trying to fall asleep at night after a super long day and you can barely think and when you close your eyes you can see images. And that's a pretty good compliment coming from me

Jul 07 2026

Nice to have something that isn't rock but I do feel like he hasn't reached his full potential yet, especially when it comes to the vocals

Appetite For Destruction by Guns N' Roses
Jul 08 2026

This shows how heavy metal can be listened to when the vocalist does something other than scream

Lady Soul by Aretha Franklin
Jul 09 2026

An album ahead of its time, in many ways. I can see how this influenced not just soul, but black music and black singers in general. If you want to see the predecessors of Michael Jackson and Prince, here it is

What's Going On by Marvin Gaye
Jul 10 2026

Sometimes you listen to albums that are so good you wish that you could give albums a 6. And this album is one of them. If Heaven made an album, it would be this. Rest in peace, King.

Come Away With Me by Norah Jones
Jul 11 2026

Sounds like an album my Dad would play as a kid

Vivid by Living Colour
Jul 12 2026

It's not exceptional rock but it's pretty good and above average in my opinion

The Number Of The Beast by Iron Maiden
Jul 13 2026

Hot take but this isn't really doing anything special. Like it's a pretty decent heavy metal album with (non) screaming vocals but also nothing sticks out. And for a heavy metal album the most provocative thing about this is the title, sorry

Kind Of Blue by Miles Davis
Jul 14 2026

really good for studying

Born In The U.S.A. by Bruce Springsteen
Jul 15 2026

Too white for me. Maybe if I was a 45 year old dad who owns a ford f-150 and lives in oklahoma I'd like this more. I do get why it's so popular though

Aftermath by The Rolling Stones
Jul 16 2026

There's really nothing going for this album

Raw Power by The Stooges
Jul 17 2026

maybe the david bowie mix is better. Lyrics make no sense, mixing is horrible, and Iggy's vocals are like nails on a chalkboard

Wild Is The Wind by Nina Simone
Jul 18 2026

I have a soft spot for soul. A bit repetitive but it's still nice to listen to

What's That Noise? by Coldcut
Jul 19 2026

Has two actual songs are the rest is just straight up garbage noise. The first song made me thing this would actually be good but I guess not

Among The Living by Anthrax
Jul 20 2026

Yeah... it's Heavy metal with screaming vocals and the instrumentals are doing nothing special

The ArchAndroid by Janelle Monáe
Jul 21 2026

This is such an interesting album because it's both kind of dated and ahead of its time. A surprisingly good album, this is why I use this website

Ingenue by k.d. lang
Jul 22 2026

Bland Pop

Bluesbreakers by John Mayall & The Bluesbreakers
Jul 23 2026

Okay, forgettable rock

Debut by Björk
Jul 24 2026

It's so peak and I can't describe how peak it is

Parachutes by Coldplay
Jul 25 2026

Unironically some pretty amazing rock. Sure it's mainstream but Yellow and Sparks are still beautiful songs, and this is how you do like pop rock in my opinion

Sound of Silver by LCD Soundsystem
Jul 26 2026

It's good but the best song is the last song

Bandwagonesque by Teenage Fanclub
Jul 27 2026

Last three songs are the only good songs

Dusty In Memphis by Dusty Springfield
Jul 28 2026

I love soul even if it comes from a white woman from Tennessee in the 60s

Imperial Bedroom by Elvis Costello & The Attractions
Jul 29 2026

Good but not that good. I've heard better

Survivor by Destiny's Child
Jul 30 2026

I was 3 songs in when I realized Beyonce is part of this group

Aja by Steely Dan
Jul 31 2026

It's jazzy rock and I like jazz

Face to Face by The Kinks
Aug 02 2026

Completely forgettable rock album

I Am a Bird Now by Antony and the Johnsons
Aug 03 2026

I don't know what it is specifically about this album but it's doing something interesting

Master Of Puppets by Metallica
Aug 05 2026

Surprisingly good for a heavy metal album. I wasn't expecting to like it so much

Aug 10 2026

Mostly instrumentals and really not my thing

Fragile by Yes
Aug 12 2026

Roundabout carries but it's still a good album

Very by Pet Shop Boys
Aug 13 2026

Cool instrumentals, too dragged out

3 + 3 by The Isley Brothers
Aug 15 2026

Kinda peak, like it's just breezy summer vibes
