I mean It's nothing special I take it back. This is awesome 5
I recently started listening to some Sturgill Simpson and loved hearing that country sound that Waylon and Willie pioneered being carried forward into the 21st century. This fit right in with that and I really loved it!
Competently done bluegrass style music. I'd say it doesn't sound all the special but I'd welcome more of this music on the list. But this ultimately doesn't do it for me. My personal rating: 3/5 My rating relative to the list: 3.5/5 Should this have been included on the original list? No
Yee haw ya idiots
Rating: 7/10 Best songs: Feathered Indians, Whitehouse road, Universal sound
Country, bluegrass, honky-tonk, Appalachian, Americana, folk. Ni fu ni fa.
Decent country LP with a classic bent, solid listen but didn’t really blow my socks off. Think the lyrics leaned too far into pop country tendencies still, but the instrumentals were a perfect mix of old and new.
This is pretty good. Not exactly my cup of tea but I can appreciate it. 3 stars.
Solid old school leaning country music. A little heavy on the drugs and drink content, glad to hear he got sober.
Country music that's not too special
No more country
