1001 Albums Summary

Her vocals in combination with her piano work are truly a beautiful combination. In addition to her strong lyrics, I was pleasantly blown away by this album. Before this, I had never heard of her and I think that is truly unfortunate given how wonderful this album is.

Not using my style, but I did enjoy this and I learned a surprising amount about 90s rap

Definitely an album in the 60s.

This feels like the soundtrack of a Midwestern bar thats full of middle aged men who've been drinking for a long time.

I've never really listened to Jazz before so it's hard for me to compare this to other Jazz albums. With that being said, I did enjoy a majority of the songs on this album. I don't think I'm going to listen to more jazz on my own though.

Started out really strong, got a little weird, then finished pretty good but fresh was the real banger of a song

I wasn't sure what to expect since I haven't liked most albums from this decade for various reasons but I really liked her. She feels country-rock and overall this album was very enjoyable to listen to

This is an absolute bop of an album. I wasn't sure if I'd like the last half since it started to have break up sings but it was a great listen.

I wanted to like this album, but the 6 minute guitar solo's and 20 minute long songs made it hard to really enjoy their songs.

I might like this album, if it wasn't 2 hours long and had less screeching trumpet in it.

Some of it was okay, and some of it is just a bit too experimental/weird for me

Overall just a solid album with good vocals and a nice band
