A classic hard rock/heavy metal album, Highway Star is an instant classic, with howling vocals and organ solos. The whole album is easy to rock out to.
Didn’t know Frank Black was from the Pixies. I like the Pixies. Didn’t mind this album. I don’t know if I would listen again tho.
Last album with the great Cliff Burton, Metallica just kept getting better until The Black Album. Not my favorite Metallica album, but a definite heavy metal classic.

Amazing progressive rock master piece. This changed the landscape of hard rock in the 70s.

Paul Simon never ceases to amaze me. I love their music. You can tell on this album they shifted towards “hippy-ness”.

3.5 there’s definitely some hits on the album but all these old hip hop albums sound very repetitive. It’s the same beat over and over.
