Chemtrails Over The Country Club
Lana Del ReyFar out this is a boring album. All songs sound the same

Actually enjoyed it a lot, which I didn’t think I was going to.
Confirmed that I don’t enjoy the Beatles except maybe their first albums where the music was simpler. Listened to it twice and couldn’t get into it properly. A nice few songs though, blackbird specifically.
Really enjoyed this album. Nice production, very 80s but nice round sound. Loud but clear. As far as I can remember it’s the first time I’ve listened to a MJ album from top to bottom, took me back to the 80s!
Really did not do it for me. I loved elephant but didn’t like this album at all. Good production and Jack Black is a great player but felt quite soulless
As someone born in the early 80s, Ive been primed to like song 2. But the test of the album was pretty meh. Listened to the 2012 remaster and it sounded pretty flat with loads of distortion which didn’t amount to much
Some great classics. Great production, but starting to get tired of white boys with rocky guitars
Pretty chuffed for this album. Starts with SMBU followed by breathe wow. Good gym accompaniment! The rest has probably not aged too well but still a cracker. Took me back to London
Beautiful calm album. My boss introduced me to Sade 25 years ago and I remember thinking that it was ok for a lounge bar when it was quiet but no more than that. How wrong I was ! Cheers Stephanie you wackjob!
A break from rocky stuff. A bit weird in its instrumentation, some haunting tunes, not my cuppa but aye, gotta make it to 1001
I love how some albums can be defining of an era and a place, but at the same time enjoyed all over the place anytime. The start of trip hop. Hadn’t listened to it for years and was unaware that the vocals in multiple songs are from Horace Andy!
Beautiful and haunting. Hadn’t listened to any other tunes than Roads in a very long time. Second trip hop album, nice!
Another 60s rock folky album. Nothing offensive about it, just not my jam
Heaps fun. Loved it 20 years ago. It has certainly aged better than what Id have imagined
Nothing offensive about it. Nothing to hook me on either. Just pop rock with piano. It felt like the same song was playing on repeat.
Quite psychedelic, very 70s. Just not my favourite style
I had forgotten how cool this album is. Old school hip hop with bits of NYHC, even bossa! Really enjoyed it!
I like joy division, but feel that closer is nowhere close to unknown pleasures. Ok listen but not great
Actually enjoyed it quite a bit. Not my style but dark and moody and quite jarring. Would give it s 3.5 stars if I could
Not a bad album, again, I mostly associate rap with going to the gym because I can listen without paying attention
It sounds well produced, specially the drums, but feels like mainstream radio formula rock. Not one for me.
Just Bob Dylan being Bob Dylan. Nice for a change of pace.
Great samply album. Still remember the dancing miner!
This is what i was expecting this list to be, things Ive never heard but that are cool. Jazzy live album, maybe her voice is too prevalent and the music hard to hear clearly. Nice though
Just more radio friendly fillers. Next
Pretty weird new age. Interesting though. More like this!
No much to say. Just Aretha.
You can’t dislike an album with hells bells, back in black and you shook me all night long. Fun
Some beautifully crafted songs, but too 70s overall
Amazing. Never heard before. Wow
Listened while commuting. Nothing overly out of place, but absolutely nothing to remember either.
Nothing I can say that has not been said. I was wondering when this album was going to pop up
Couldn’t get into it.
Bloody awesome. They’ve played in tons of festivals Ive attended and never seen them. They remind me of the pixies on valium. What an album. Goddes on a hiway is a corker. Very dreamy and spacey in a good way
Can’t do another American dad rock band. Sorry
Frank Black mentioned that the Pixies were just trying to rip off Husker Du. Now I get it. I enjoyed the yuxtaposition of the melodic singing with the distorted guitars
I was surprised of the lack of electronica, and here we go with the grandfathers of electronic music. Great relisten!
Much better than what I thought, considering its glam rock
Pretty standard funk/souly album. That lady and summer breeze are pretty cool songs!
Well produced pop music. She’s got a great voice, but all songs are pretty similar. Hope she gets a good boyfriend and heals her heart soon
It was just normal 70s rocky, bluesy music, but then they added the sitars and lost me…
Exactly what I expected from a Bauhaus album. 3.5 but as it is out of 5…
I just can’t stand it. The type of hiphop that 14 year olds believe it’s edgy because of the cocking gun sound effects and white chicks love to wohoo in da club 🤮
Far out this is a boring album. All songs sound the same
Not their best album. Enjoyed it, but nothing special
Blueprints for early 90s hiphop
Nice calm album. The older I get, the more I enjoy these types of records
Stoner rock. Not so good, not so bad
Nothing I can say. Just great
Oasis’ quintet album, it’s actually aged better than what I thought it would.
One of the bands I think defines britpop for me. This album has a time and a place.
Really weird album. Not unpleasant, but doesn’t make sense to me. Really liked the song with Nick Cave.
It just sounded too cafe del mar 2003.
Another britpop classic.
Great album. Fantastic early punk, and you can hear how they influenced so many other bands
The best thing to come out of an industrial accident!
Not for me
Still the best 2tone album for me!
I didnt know that Jonathan Richmand was the front man. Sounds like a bored velvet underground though
Mumble rap. Just can’t get into it
Too 80s and not even the good 80s. All the vocal play lost me from the same song
If I would have not known that it was justin timberlake I might have more lenient. Good production, but it’s just poppy r&b
