At Mister Kelly's
Sarah VaughanSarah Vaughan has a fantastic voice, but this isn't an album I'd listen to again. I don't think I'm a big jazz fan. This might be nice background music at a low key dinner party.

This is definitely more up my alley! Heavy beats, lots of different sounds and styles, and funky riffs. I knew Rage was political, but this was the first time I've listened to an album straight through and it was more "eat the rich" than I expected (totally ok with that). Good album to work out to.
Loved the first half of this album - it was fun and got me dancing while cooking. The second half, not so much. Solid 3.5 stars.
Outstanding - everything a rock album should be. Great music, haunting vocals, and each song sounded distinct. I knew I liked Muse, but I never listened to an album start to finish. I like how this one is arranged and will absolutely listen to it again.
I liked this album. Lots of pretty solid songs and one stand out for me (Stop Me If You Think You've Heard This One Before). I'll probably listen to this one again. I'd give it 3.5 stars.
Really unique sound, I like her voice a lot. I could see listening to this again when I'm trying to relax and unwind.
This album was really fun and fast paced! I didn't expect to enjoy it as much as I did. Some of the songs sounded pretty similar and often the lyrics got a little repetitive. Maybe that's just a feature of music at the time?
This one brings me back to high school. I'm a fan of the Offspring and I remembered this being a high energy album. I never really paid attention to the lyrics of some of the less popular songs and didn't realize they had a relatively serious message.
Songs are really short and yelly. Some sounded like they had some potential. Will not listen to this one again.
Makeba has a beautiful voice, but this album wasn't really for me.
Essential 80s listening. I do love me some Cindy Lauper!
Talented artist with a distinct sound, but too weird for me. Not really my style.
I like metal music, but the lyrics always come up short for me. Not sure what I'm hoping for, but I guess this wasn't it.
Good for background music, I guess. Aside from the first song (Block Rockin' Beats), nothing really stood out to me. Didn't hate it, but won't listen to this album again.
Solid CCR record. Makes me think of eating ribs at a BBQ joint when I hear them.
Dear god, this was genuinely difficult to listen to. The whole album was weird and off-putting. It could be the soundtrack to a demonic carnival. Easily the worst album I've ever listened to. Zero stars.
Some really fun songs. Good voices.
Aptly named album, but man, these are some long ass songs. Not my style.
The idea of a rock opera is pretty cool. I liked most the music on this one.
Great first song, but the album faded pretty quickly for me after that. Not bad, but nothing amazing.
I liked this album in spite of myself. She's got a really nice voice. Not a fan of the songs with the traditional country twang, but there were plenty of songs I genuinely enjoyed.
Enjoyed this album a lot. Funky reggae guitar riffs and a great beat. I'll be listening to more Bob Marley for sure.
Just ok at best. Some songs weren't terrible, but plenty of them were.
How have I never listened to this album before??? Enjoyed this one a lot, wonderfully weird and eclectic.
Deep, dark 90's music.
Ugh. Did not care for the vocals or the lyrics. Some of the music was ok.
Not my favorite, but not the worst ever.
Ugh. Another weird album. It's getting tough to listen to these.
Pretty solid first album. Not his best, but you can tell Eminem is talented. Some problematic lyrics (obviously), but some good songs too.
Classic 2000s pop. There's some bangers that take me back to college on this album. I could do without the ballads tho.
Good god, what a word salad. I want to like Bob Dylan, but I just don't. I like the rhythm and guitar in some of the songs, but this album is a miss for me overall.
Not bad. Jazz is just not for me.
Did not care for this. At all. I was excited to see an album from the 90s, but this was not my jam. Legitimately difficult to listen to.
Not great.
Weird. Not for me. Almost unlistenable.
Classic Billy Joel!
Very chill folk rock music. She has a nice voice. Kinda the same vibe as the Indigo Girls, but not as good imho.
I've learned there's a handful of Daft Punk songs I like, and many that I do not.
Not a fan and I don't care for Neil Young's voice. Some of the music was ok, then he'd start singing and ruin it for me.
I couldn't finish it. Just didn't like it.
Not really my jam, but better than I expected.
Maybe I wasn't stoned enough.
Too long, but pretty good.
Ethereal vibes, but too weird for me. Most of the songs sound the same.
Classic Tori Amos.
Just ok. Smooth voice and music, but not my style.
Could have done without this one.
Oh joy, another Bob Dylan album 🙄
Weird and kind of whiny overall. Some songs were ok.
I like Queen a lot, but this album is only mediocre.
Pretty chill. A little on the weird side, but overall pleasantly surprised by this album.
Pretty good overall. Very chill.
Interesting sound. I like the vocals.
This album grew on me. I like their takes on some oldies. The Sonics know how to make a racket.
I liked some of these songs, but far more of them I didn't. This did not need to be a double disc album. Lots of cheesy ass lyrics.
Message in a bottle is a great song, but they never recreated that energy on the rest of the album for me. With each passing song, I disliked this album more.
Ok enough. Lots of the songs sounded pretty similar to me. I like the vocals, but the album was so-so.
Pretty solid overall.
Man, country music is depressing. Can't say I enjoyed this album, but Dolly has a distinct voice and style.
Ella has a beautiful voice, but how many songs about wanting a man can one sing?! Apparently 3 hours and 14 minutes worth. Six albums worth. I couldn't get through the whole thing, it got so repetitive.
This album has the general vibe of my favorite dive bar and I'm totally here for it.
Really enjoyed this album. The sound is really distinct.
Damn near perfect. Beautiful guitar and vocals. Big fan of this one.
Interesting music, but kind of a mixed bag.
Very smooth. I could see myself putting this on as background music. This mellowed out my commute a lot!
Clearly a talented guitarist, but not really my jam.
Awesome guitar solos! Solid rock album.
Not a fan of this one.
Just ok. Kinda dug the dark vibes.
Solid rap album. It's a shame Kanye lost his mind, he's very talented.
I enjoyed this one. It got a little repetitive, but I guess that's the nature of the genre. Cool to know how many other artists samples these guys.
I liked this Johnny Cash album more than some of his others. The boom-chicka guitar line is fun, but it does get kind of repetitive.
Really good! I like this much better than his later works.
I was digging it, but only 3 of the 10 songs were available on Spotify?
