Odelay
BeckOdelay blends a lot of genres and sounds into an album that doesn’t feel cohesive and can border on obnoxious. I really don’t get Beck.

Has some interesting grooves and sounds, but can get fairly repetitive. The vocals also don’t do it for me overall.
I can’t stand Dylan’s voice and strange inflection he uses when singing. It takes what would be fine songs and drags them down in my opinion.
Great album all the way through. Some all time classics on it as well.
I don’t know what it is, but I find a lot of rock albums from this time period to be lacking something. That said, the album was enjoyable at times but ultimately forgettable.
Really fun album! Johnny has great banter with the audience, which is worth the listen alone. Great performances as well.
Great album with several classics. Some of the songs feel like they can drag on a bit too long.

Boring and completely forgettable adult contemporary schlock.
The album listed is throwing muses but the picture is for a hard to find album called in a doghouse. In a doghouse sounds pretty rough overall and the singer makes a lot of dolphin like noises while singing making it an even tougher listen. The album, throwing muses, was a bit better than in a doghouse but it still isn’t my thing.
Really cool album. It consist of 4 tracks, but they’re all lengthy and follow a central theme, so it really feels like one long continuous song.
David Bowie has some great songs and albums, this is not one of them. It’s kind of like listening to a fever dream.
Sleepy, slow, monotone, rambling are all words I would use to describe this album. The lyrics may be deep and meaningful to a lot of people, but it feels like listening to someone talking just for the sake of talking. A lot of the tracks are very sparse with just acoustic guitar and Leonard’s singing which only adds to the sleepy feeling of the album. Even the tracks that do feature more instruments still feel just as sparse.
Fun listen. I went into this not being the biggest Prince fan, but came out with a new appreciation for his music. Although not all the tracks were hits for me, his wide stylistic range on this album made for something that I’m sure anyone can find joy in.
I don’t think there’s anything left to say about this album. Pink Floyd is one of my favorite bands and this album is a masterpiece.
It was okay.
Aggressively mild in every way possible, complete with cheesy 80s sounds. I’d rather not listen to anything than this.
Simply great
There’s not much to say about classic rock albums like Bayou Country. They’re classics for a reason.
This music has no balls. The singers voice is grating as are the vocal harmonies. I have no clue why this type of watered down terrible “rock” music became so popular in the 2000’s.
Cans and Brahms, We Have Heaven, and Five Per Cent for Nothing feel like filler but are all under 2 minutes and don’t get in the way of the meat of the album. Everything else is Yes firing on all cylinders and it’s fantastic.
