'Message in a Bottle' carries the album. 'No Time This Time' was the other standout.
I was surprised at how varied their sound is. 'Take a Load off your Feet' and 'Disney Girls' were the standout tracks.
It was cool hearing the commentary. Solos were a little long for me, but that's the point.
I found most of the tracks 'annoying'. Didn't enjoy the singers voice and the music was very repetitive.
Pretty samey sounding. Very aughts. 'Disarm' was the standout tracks.
Phenomenal Bossa Nova jazz. Really enjoyed the quiet, and the mood they achieved.
Not my genre of music, but very well performed.
Really loved this Soul album. Otis' vocal timbre texture really gets you moving.
It was fine.
Not a fan. I think I may be less punk than I thought.
An enjoyable listen.
Wasn't a fan of the novel sounds.
Prince was SO horny...
It was fine Dad Rock.

Very same and repetitive.
It was fine. Nothing to write home about.
I enjoyed this album. Good soundscapes and catchy chorus.
My concept of what Beastie Boys is was skewed. Was not expecting riff tracks. Sabotage is THE Beastie Boys song.
I enjoyed this album. Some songs were a little too country/plain for me.
i spent way too long not listening to Amy Winehouse. Great jazz/soul album with so many moving tracks.
I enjoy the occasional sound scape, but a whole album was a little much.
Ray Charles LOVED his wife. The album got very samey.
Classic Rock.
Was impressed by the variety of sounds. They do well with dissonant melodies.
Not a big fan of Sabbath, but maybe it's the album.
It was fine background music.
Not for me.
It was fine. Felt like I was listening to the same song for 40 minutes.
Was not a fan.
It was fine. I think I enjoyed it more than most classic rock.
It's their best album.
It was fine. Classic Dad Rock.
It was fine. Classic Dad Rock.
I do not like Dark Side of the Moon, and think it is highly overrated.
I actually quite liked this album. Some very novel sounds. Much different than the first Smiths album I listened to.
It was fine. The feature song is Fast Car.
It was fine. Nothing standout.
Not a fan.
It was fine.
Easy listening. Stand out is Sultans of Swing
It was fine.
Not for me.
I actually really enjoyed this. Very classic Rock, but lots of blues/jazz inspirations with the solos.
Really enjoyed this album.
Well performed. Gets pretty samey.
An okay Folk album.
I enjoyed this. Cheesy at times, but he's a good singer.
I like Dolly, but not country.
Very wide range of sounds and genres.
It was fine for a debut LP. Didn't realize how much Eminem/ late90s-early00s used the language they did.
Just an album you would listen to with your mistress.
Classic Dad Rock
Really enjoyed this album. Wasn't expecting the story telling by Kendrick.
Every song sounds the same.
So old school.
Not for me.
Generic classic rock
