My first complete Elvis album. I have heard "In the Ghetto" a lot before, and I believe "Suspicious Minds" as well. It is interesting, because I often find that the most popular songs on albums are not necessarily my favorite. Almost the entire time I listened to this album, I was having a kind of cognitive dissonance, because I kept subconsciously thinking this was Orville Peck. Their voices are so similar. I don't tend to read a lot of music critics or things like that, but I don't feel like I have ever picked up Orville Peck naming Elvis as an inspiration.
