I didn't hate it but that could be because I had a live Phish album before it. Everything sounds better after suffering a live jam band album.

I can't say this was great however when compared to other albums on the lists...I would rather this than those. Otherwise it was a meh album but a meh band. Meh.

I had higher hopes from the listeners, especially considering most of the list was garbage but seriously... This crap feels like I've been pranked.

Well that was fucking TERRIBLE. I get everyone wants to be in a band at some point in their lives but not everyone should be. Musically? Typical and un-interesting. Vocally? I've heard pig grunts sound better.

Thanks to this list (the original AND user submitted) I have discovered that I absolutely HATE anything labeled as singer/songwriter, indie or folk music.

It was average.

It was like being sent back in time to a bar in the 90's that has a pearl jam/live cover band playing. Luckily the bar has an extended happy hour so although the band isn't terrible, you also wouldn't stick around for full priced drinks.

Can't say I liked it but I didn't hate it. It was entertaining and repetitious.

I just really don't enjoy live albums by jam bands. They just don't know when to wrap a song up. I can almost smell the patchouli, weed and unwashed bodies.

Reading the reviews was the only redeeming thing about this album. It wasn't horrible. It was meh at best

Is it as good as Brown Sugar? No... That album was lightning in a bottle amazing. That being said, this is still a very good album. D'Angelo's voice is the human equivalent of purring.

This album is what being in a car wreck with Tom Waits would feel like. Oddly enough, I enjoyed the wreckage.
