I wasn't particularly feeling it: This Wheel's on Fire is a classic of course.

"And for those of you who still think we're from England
We're not, no"
Stone cold classic: that said, I'm not the biggest LCD fan -- I find the tracks between the highlights a bit repetitive. Sorry! 😅

Follow The Leader
Korn
I started listening to Korn because my friend Dave was into them. We were goofy little pre-teens who thought excessive swearing was the epitome of cool. We scrawled that logo with the backwards R everywhere.
Around the time of this album's release I remember thinking it was good, but not as good as the first two albums: too polished and well-produced for my oh-so-edgy and underground self.
The album after this, Issues, was OK. I didn't listen to it as much, and from there my interest in Korn kind of drifted off as I got older.
Re-visiting this, there are still moments I enjoy here (the de-tuned percussive bass sound is still great), but there's just so much cringe for me now. I mean, the rap battle with Fred Durst, come on. I struggle to comprehend how this record did such numbers at the time.
