Really enjoyed this album, it wasn’t repetitive and had lots of variety. Super well composed/scored. Nothing really you’d tap your foot to, but mellow/emotional vibes throughout.

Listened to this album a lot. Adele’s songs are real powerful/uplifting. Great album.

So 80s, so fine. The album is a bit all over the place but I enjoyed it. Running up that hill is a banger. I really enjoyed cloud busting too. Under ice to me is a precursor to a lot of stuff you hear today. Under ice was a sleeper that I really enjoyed. The jig was out of no where but appreciated. Honestly the waking the witch one was pretty experimental but I didn’t mind it. Enjoyed this album and see how it shaped modern music but also distills the vibe of the 80s quite well

This album is so good. I got turned into it by a podcast I heard years ago.

Piggy is my least favorite song. It sounds ok but the lyrics don’t do anything for me. I genuinely disliked it though. There are some fun synthesizer/electronic noises on this album. Coupled with the bass guitar is a vibe I’m very much into. Awesome album The song exploder for Hurt is awesome.

I like the more piano/rock songs on the album, I feel like it slowly morphs to blues/Jazz/beat nick and didn’t like that.

Album was ok, nothing really stood out.

Very 80s, so much synth. Cars is the popular song.

Grounds for divorce I have heard a lot of times, it was in a video game trailer or a movie. The album felt like it was gonna take off for me and be awesome. But it never really delivered. An audience with the Pope was the most boring song ever.

This album rocks. At first I thought it was a greatest hits album. Sooooo many good songs in this album.

Favorite song :Words Least : sulphur man I listened to this album 3 times, every time I listened to it I liked it more. Pounding gives major Coldplay vibes.

Lots of good songs on this album. I don’t know if I really enjoyed the live album experience. I didn’t realize I knew so many Nirvana songs.

This album has some bangers, but honestly as a whole it’s just ok. Definitely not the greatest Beatles album. The End is a banging tune that I wish there more Beatles songs like.

The first song “Queen is Dead” was probably a banger at the time. Mr Shankly was bleh. I’m sure this album was real big at the time, very 80s.

I liked this album better than I expected, I have listened to it in the past before. Enjoyed the sing songy-ness of it and all the base lines.

Took a few songs to get its footing, but a real nice album. Kinda reminds me of like a modern day Neil young.

Was really into the third song, second song lost me a little. Third song is dope. These guys just shred. I’m really into this album. Think this would have been better as 2 albums. It great through Hey Joni, then it shifts it’s tone a bit.

While listening to this album I just am imagining the puffs of smoke at the music festival. Very mellow vibes, invokes summer and modern day Americana.

This album rocks. Lots of hits that was on my old MP3 player. Starting off with Smells Like Teen Spirit really sets the tone for the album.

Feel like I should be driving around my station wagon going to the arcade to smoke some doobies while listening to this album. The 80s teen angst is strong (teen angst was much different than 2000s teen angst)

Some of the cleanest guitar of the 80s. Every song is basically a satisfying delicious ear worm.

Never really listened to any who songs that weren’t the radio hits. If you listen to their lyrics they are pretty weird. But the guitar and harmonies are awesome.

Old school Japandroids.

Aside from the like 2 hits album is meh.

This album is really good. Very bluesy and Eric Clapton just shredding the guitar in each song. 2 minute guitar solo, yes please. Very emotional and raw, will listen to again.

Ooooh Las Vegas is a fun song. Didn’t think I’d enjoy this but it was fun.

Not my favorite slipknot album. Very angry.

More 60s rock, not the psychedelic kind though which was nice. Honestly at times I got Andy McKee vibes since it’s largely instrumental just Bert serenading on the guitar.

Pretty standard 70s rock. I enjoy this much better than the beetles, none of the big hits you would know but solid throughout. If it had a hit it would be bumped up in stars.

Very 90s. But not in the fun way. Weird how you always think 80s songs are so dated but the 90s really have the same quality.

Some bangers/classic hits on this album. It’s kinda a stoners paradise. Hits include: Riders on the storm Love her madly L.A. Woman But it got some hits, the rest of the songs are kinda meh.

Very 60s but I’m into it.

War Pigs and epic! Nice

Lots of horns / woodwinds. Didn’t do much for me cause it was a pretty standard 80s British album (at least that’s what it sounded like). I was starting to get into it during the middle half of the album, but the start and ending fell flat for me.

I love the drummer but this album is honestly meh. Sounds like standard non-descript metal music

I’m sure this was a boo back in the day. 105.5 oldies vibes for sure. Not a bad album, just suffering from being so old

Lyricless 60s Jazz isn’t for me. Musically I thought it was pretty decent, I just felt like my home turned into a speak easy.

Honestly I was surprisingly into this album. Was a lot more rock rifts and jamming than I expected. Definitely seems like some elements were taken by 80s rock and fully ran with. Surprise 5 star

One of the best albums ever

Good album. When listening through I was reminded of how much Franz Ferdinand I actually knew. Hits: Take me out Do you think his parents named him Franz Ferninand? If so were his parents German and Austrian? Or is he Franz from Ferdinand, Indiana?

Slapping the bass. Funky tunes. Not quite magic ball of funk level but enjoyable.

Garage rock that rocks hard. But also has a saxophone? Having a saxophone is an understatement, it is heavily featured

Damn they can really play the guitar. Honestly the singing on this album is the best of ZZ Top, my usual complaint is if they have a strong vocal lead they would be one of the best Rocj bands of all time

The back half of this album is real strong, but I didn’t enjoy this Bruce album as much as the other one I previously listened to. This album breathes americana, glad it gave it to me around July 4th time. America!!!!

A nice album. It’s really got that 90s sound and I’m here for it. This album was probably used in movies for the next 10 years and thousands of teenagers rocked this on road trips. It’s got a very nice sound, surprisingly really enjoyed it.

Another British Rock album

I was expecting something a little more hard core with the album cover and album name, but this shit is Glee version of metal. I think Bruce Springsteen could do a more metal album if he tried. I do appreciate the piano throughout the album. Piano is not very hardcore though.

A little too experimental and psychedelic for me, first few songs were sweet then the acid trio starts.

More rock and more fun than Elton John.

Each song was better than the one before it, if there was another album at that pace I probably would have liked it.

This album has some bangers and is honestly really great.

A 90s classic. Lots of recognizable songs and Alanis Morissette really has a unique sound. Don’t know if I’ll listen to it again but glad to have given it a listen. Hits : You Oughta know, Hand in my pocket, You learn, Head over feet, Ironic, and Wake Up.

Dope R&B album

This is the Beatles I remember, not that purple submarine or I am the walrus psychedelic bull shit. But still overall I think the Beatles are over hyped.

An old school rap album, probably the last of its kind before the Kanye/T-Pain rap wave. Hits : What’s Golden

So 80s, definitely danced to some of these songs at Barberella. Other than hungry like the wolf, these are some obscure 80s songs. Little to 80s for me.

Other than E-Pro and another song, this album is a little too quirky pop rock for me.

Brian Wilson from The Beach Boys. Didn’t know all the back story and drama surrounding them and this album in particular. Good vibrations is a bop, interesting story hearing about how it was made.

This album has some heavy hitters ( War Pigs, Paranoid, and Iron man). If it had one more banger or if the others were better this would be an easy 5 star. Right on the bubble. Very instrumental in to heavy metal
