Disintegration
The Curemy favourite the cure album, it's perfect.
my favourite the cure album, it's perfect.
Perfectly fine indie album but nothing special. There are way better Liverpudlian indie albums to spend your time with, like the La's.
I love his voice but it's just not a vibe i'm looking for
alt country dross
It was totally fine but I have no idea why this would be in a best of album list. What am I missing?
Fine, it's a classic but not something I would particularly reach for
Not my favourite of their albums but can appreciate the vibes.
Already knew I would like the whole album when I saw the first two tracks on the album, both big hits in my book. What's not to love with these weirdos.
Can appreciate this album for what it is. It's great even if I wouldn't tend to reach for it in the collection.
It's a totally listenable album but when your dad is Fela Kuti you've got some big shoes to fill, and I found this album nothing special.
Like being on hold with your bank. Very pleasant easy listening jazz but dull as dishwater.
It's got the hits and is a fun album but not sure why this would be on any best albums ever list. Generic dance music.
There's nothing wrong with it but just doesn't do anything for me. I'm not a fan of over emotional 90s singing and this feels a bit teenage for my tastes.
I like SOAD but this album is nothing special. Definitely not top 1000 list for me. Don't even think it's their best album.
I'm not the biggest jazz noodling fan but this album was pretty good. Could see sticking this on if I was in the right mood.
It's a sweet album. She has a nice voice. It's inoffensive. But it doesn't necessarily make me feel anything. Which is ok if you're looking for atmosphere/background music.
Can't put my finger on what I don't like about this album but yuk.
Too much noodling on most of these songs. When the first track is over 10 minutes long for no reason i'm already rolling my eyes. No denying great musicians etc but boring album.
I was honestly surprised how much I liked this.
I'm biased as i'm a huge BB fan.
Not my favourite of the genre but that one single is great.
Fela Kuti can do no wrong for me.
I used to really like this album but it's so of a time for me that I can't get through it.
It's a shame he sings on most of this album with an American accent. It puts me off a bit, but can't deny it's a good album.
Can't deny what Bob Marley did for popularising reggae but this album isn't my favourite
Can't deal. He has such a weaselly little voice. Thumbs down.
It's such a fun album
I love David Bowie's older stuff and this was perfectly fine but kind of dull. Sorry :-(
perfectly fine as background music but nothing special for me.
There's nothing wrong with this album but this kind of music just leaves me absolutely cold. Utter dad rock.
I like this album, it's a steady listen and definitely is on the stereo from time to time when i'm in the right lo-fi mood.
my favourite the cure album, it's perfect.
Where are the song? This was just awful noodling, couldn't get through it. Yuk.
I didn't hate this as much as I thought I would and knew a lot of the tracks already. Solid.
Jimmy Smith is a legend.
It's fine but *shrugs shoulders*
I know it's not cool, but I just don't care about John Lennon .
Feels dated and a little passé. He's got a nice voice but meh.
Perfectly fine indie album but nothing special. There are way better Liverpudlian indie albums to spend your time with, like the La's.
I really love the guitar sound, but Hetfield's voice doesn't really do it for me - it's kind of one note the whole time.
A classic.
can't rate - no access to album on spotify
I like Wilco but this album is a bit of a snore fest
refuse to listen to this piece of shit.
Not as good as rituel but classic jane
there's nothing wrong with the isley brothers but certainly don't think they're the best of their genre.
Fun psych garage rock
Love these boys, and this album will forever be associated with my mis-spent teens.
just can't do it. i know she's got a good voice but i can't bring myself to care....
I can appreciate the technical prowess but it doesn't make me feel anything
a whole album that sounds like the cast of monty python after smoking a serious amount of grass. don't get it.
This is cute. It's got a nice chill groove and he's always had a great voice. Not sure how I never listened to this one before!
Can't deny it's a good album but this album is a bit too dad rock for me. I prefer the earlier The Who vibes.
Wow. Colour me impressed. I always avoid Black Sabbath because I know the song Paranoid and it's totally fine but all the hype surrounding Ozzy Osbourne and his family kind of put me off. Cannot deny this album is an effin masterpiece. Not a "hard rock" album listener generally however this album is *chef's kiss*.
classic neil young
