Ugh. Out of key talking accompanied by simplistic electronic music.
Self indulgent silly crap. Frenetic music made for the enjoyment of 10CC, but not the listener. I suffered through this and I am a lesser person because of it. Another “1” to go into the “will never listen again” category. How did this ever even get produced??
Definitely something to just sit and listen to, with headphones on. I would have hated it, except my love for Rush extends to a love of prog rock, and I know that KC was a big influence on Rush, and now I can see why and definitely see the influence on Rush. I'll give a 3, but won't listen again.
First album in the series I listened two twice back to back. 5 stars all the way.
1. I have a general bias against electro-music, so it’s a no from me.
A did not listen for me. Couldn't get through the first song.
Didn't hate it, but won't listen again.
Not sure if this is a 5 because of nostalgia or its just a 5 on its on, but still a 5.
3 = didn’t hate it, but won’t listen again. The Beatles being the Beatles.
Even though this is my era I didn’t grow up with LZ, it wasn’t my family’s thing and I was too little to have a choice in the matter. This is the first time I have listened to a LZ album all the way through. Would give it 10 stars if I could. What is so interesting is to realize that everyone that came after them simply copied them. I have been listening to LZ via every artist since, as all they do is channel LZ in one form or another. truly groundbreaking artists.
I love Aerosmith (well, the 70's Aerosmith) but this album doesn't hold a candle to Toys in the Attic. Didn't hate it but won't listen again.
Didn’t hate it but won’t listen again. Not my cup of tea
Not sure if I will listen again, but amazing in every way.
Another record that should have have been produced, nevertheless on this list.
I get the significance of this album as an innovation and I could hear so many bands that copied them, but not an enjoyable listen for me.
